Stayhere Rabat - Agdal 3 - Prestige Residence arvostelua

Accommodation was just as beautiful as advertised. It was a bit tricky to locate as we walked from the station rather than taking a cab but the staff spotted us and approached us figuring we were a bit lost so that was really nice and helpful of them. The location is good cause it’s close to the train station and there are supermarkets and cafes with walking distance but a car or ride is needed to access other city attractions.

公寓酒店，基本上沒有服務，設施還蠻新的，基本上靠自助。空調開了後聲音會有一點大，影響睡眠。地址位置還好，離交通接駁點近。

房間面積大工，衞生好，交通便利。

Déçu pour m'avoir attribué une chambre comme souhaitée avec une bonne aeration. Déçu de la salle de bain, tous les flacons contenant savon, shampoing etc étaient vides. La télé manquait de réglage où il fallait attendre presque 1h30 pour voir apparaître un gardien des lieux pour me dépanner . Par contre la literie était très confortable.

很乾凈的家庭旅館，家庭廚房，室外封閉陽台，就是酒店電視開機有點費事，前台服務員英語很好，也很專業，附近有一家中餐廳，北京餐廳，中國廚師娶了一個當地的美女

No hot water !!

Je ne recommande absolument pas Rien n'était bon : - appartement extrêmement bruyants nous n'en avons pas dormi - fuite d'eau, tout le sol de la salle de bain était constamment trempé - literie dure et oreillers inconfortables - les fenêtres ne fermaient pas - le code wifi ne fonctionnait pas - l'ouverture avec code de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas - très cher pour ce que c'est, presque du vol Je ne comprends pas de telles notes pour cet établissement Seul l'emplacement dans la ville est bon

Friendly and helpful office staff. General location. Met on arrival. Not like the pictures. Flat floors were dirty on arrival. Bed creaked constantly. No sign of the cleaner for the first four days. No toilet rolls or fresh towels. Grubby in places. Lots of things broken or badly finished e.g., door handles, front security door broken, general fittings, balcony lock. No sound proofing, you can hear everything from other flats. No where to hang towels in bathroom. Terrible bathroom layout, not sure who designed this but should consider a career change. Lots of basic kitchen items missing. See pictures below.

JE RECOMMANDE Très bon séjour ! Lit un peu dur mais l’entièreté du séjour était excellent très bel endroit.
