Quzhou city center is quite small, so even if you're not right in the middle, there are tons of food delivery options, or you can walk to nearby places. There are many great restaurants around. It was wonderful to visit outside of a weekend or public holiday; there weren't many people, just a handful of guests. Quzhou is a lovely, leisurely city perfect for a city walk."

"I didn’t book the Rixi Shanzhong, so I chose the Yueluo Fanxing which was not far away. It turned out that they had the same owner! The housekeeper Afu was super nice. We didn't drive, and the restaurant of the B&B hadn't opened yet (it opened during the summer vacation!), so the housekeeper took us to nearby restaurants and took the kids to Yaowang Mountain to play! He also took us to Rixi Mountain and treated us to coffee. On the last day, because we had to get up early to catch the high-speed train, he prepared breakfast for us (the rice dumplings even came with disposable gloves! Details!), and sent us to Quzhou Station early in the morning (a one-hour journey). Thank you very much. I booked a room deep in the woods, which was clean and tidy, very large, and two bedrooms suitable for family travel. There are also fruits and snacks in the room (walnuts are delicious 😋). The mountains are full of green. You can see the mountains when you open the curtains. There is a large public area with moonlight and stars. Children watch TV and play here. The books on the bookshelf are very tastefully selected (not the kind of "cultural books" that most B&Bs like to put). There are only two of us these two days, and we have booked the whole place! There is a small stream at the entrance of the B&B where you can play in the water, and there are camping benches next to it for rest (I strongly recommend that the boss park a ☕️ car here!)"
