Cute hotel and very helpful, friendly staff. Great rooftop breakfast. They arranged transportation from the airport and everything and made checkin super easy and they also help arrange day trips to the surrounding areas. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable

Really nice and friendly staff and great room and shower. There was some noise from the hall and outside but it was very intermittent so didn’t bother us too much. Staff are very helpful and friendly! We would come back again. Breakfast was different daily and very delicious. I even asked for more (as I’m vegetarian so I wanted more pancakes haha), which they were happy to provide!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Right in the heart of old town but down a quiet, pedestrian only street. A great place to stay when exploring Quito. Reception is friendly and happy to help with directions, suggestions and tour bookings. Delicious breakfast served omits scenic covered long with brilliant views of Quito. Highly recommend.

Schönes Hotel im historischem Zentrum mit freundlichem Personal (englisch sprechend). Die Rooftop-Bar ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert - mega Ausblick (sofern es nicht immer regnet) und sehr leckeres Frühstück. Es ist ruhig und einen Besuch wert.

The staff, location, rooms and all special details are outstanding. The breakfast is delicious and ample. They also offer day and night tours of Quito. As a solo traveller I felt quite at home and would highly recommend Friends Hotel to everyone.

The staff was so accommodating and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean and an easy walk to old town sites. The hot water in the shower was more than sufficient. The breakfast every morning was very good with a beautiful view. What more could you ask for?

Had an amazing stay at Friends hotel. We stayed a couple of nights before going to the Galapagos. The staff are amazing, very responsive to emails prior to arrival in Quito from Australia, helped organize a hotel pick up service from the airport in the middle of the night at 3am. Our luggage was delayed and they helped us with communication with airline and collecting baggage. The breakfast is good, coffee, teas, fruit, eggs, bread. Lovely view quaint little hotel and the rooms are immaculately clean. Central to the old town, sights, restaurants etc. Highly recommend 👌 😊

It IS beatiful hotell in the middle of ould city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms Are clear and Nice, little bit could but right now IS raini season. In the shower you can get hot Water, not in kitchen or in sink. We missed a hairdraier. Breakfast IS realy good and very tasty.

Goods: Downtown vibe. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very Spanish. Healthy Vegan breakfast. Arranged car Airport pickup. Rooms comfortable/good WiFi. Bads/Others: room key safe too small/some don't work.. only wallet/passport. Rooms/steps NOT for elderly, weak joints.
