One of the most bizarre places I have ever been. It felt so surreal from the location to the desertedness and the dated feel. Felt like something out of a sci-fi movie

Tôi book ở FLC theo diện trao đổi kỳ nghỉ qua RCI, ở 6 đêm tại FLC (2 booking), và họ miss cả 2 booking của tôi. Nhân viên check booking có vẻ khá khó chịu, và không hề có 1 lời xin lỗi nào về việc trên. Resort đẹp, biển trong, cát mịn, tuy nhiên phòng đã khá cũ, sàn nhà luôn luôn bị ẩm ướt dù các bạn vệ sinh rất nhiệt tình và dọn phòng ngày 1 lần.

The buffet was great, but the room was moldy, and we had to request a room change. We had two rooms in total, and the lock on the second room’s door was broken—it was never fixed. Be aware that you cannot bring food or drinks into your room, and if you’re caught, there’s a $200 USD fine. This means bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to stay at a resort, not a prison. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is in serious need of maintenance. It also looks like half of it is still under construction. We stayed in the “Luxury Tower,” but the only luxury aspect was the balcony view of the beach. If you’re expecting a five-star experience, lower your expectations to a 2-3 star level, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!

I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and won't go swimming before then. Only one restaurant on site which couldn't make the fresh juice on their menu because they said they were too busy. There were like 3 tables out of a 30 tables full. No aircon in the lobby areas. There were several other ones I could talk about but yeah again it says 5 stars but its more like 4. If you think you're getting a good deal because you see 5 stars you're not. Spend the extra money and go to an international Hotel brand. If you want a 4 stsr hotel with pretty decent villa then stay here but keep expectations low like I did and you'll be good

Cực kỳ tồi tệ - 90% nhân viên không biết ngoại ngữ, chưa qua đào tạo cơ bản - đồ ăn toàn đồ đông lạnh, rau, củ quả mua ở chợ dân sinh - phòng cực bẩn, khu vực xung quanh nhiều rắn, rết - ks quỵt lương người lao động, ko trả trong thơi gian dài - ko xứng đáng nổi khách sạn 2 sao, thậm chí ko bằng nhà nghỉ cao cấp trong thành phố - nợ đóng bảo hiểm xã hội của người lao động - cơ so vật chất xuống cấp. Hơn 10 năm nay, ko chiu tu sửa, - giá phòng quá đắt, thái độ thô lỗ

200 + company members stayed upto 3 days in FLC Luxury Quy Nhon . Great for events , functions , weddings and big groups . Huge resort to accommodate all rooms and bungalow sizes , Luxury amenities, very very clean private beach with sports activities and great convention hall for events .

We booked 4 nights here and checked out after 1 night. For a 5 star resort it was a 1 star welcome. No drink on arrival, no outside food allowed in room. 4 of the 5 restaurants were closed. There was a dead rat in the pool which was still there the next day. There are no restaurants or shops with in walking distance. It's a concrete jungle built in the middle of no where. Horrible place

Comfortable rooms, beautiful view, delicious food, enthusiastic and friendly staff, full range of convenient services inside the resort. There is a beautiful grass golf course and white sand beach. The coconut trees here are full of fruit, and bougainvillea flowers bloom everywhere, very beautifully. Overall it's okay. Will come back next time

La villa avec piscine est exceptionnelle, très grande, soignée, avec une vue magnifique et de beaux matériaux. En dehors de cela, rien ne va, le resort est à moitié abandonné; ruines de constructions, parties fermées ou jamais ouvertes. La restauration n'égale pas un 2 étoiles; les produits sont de piètre qualité. Une heure avant la fin du petit déjeuner, les produits ne sont plus réapprovisionnés. Le sol de la piscine principale est en lambeaux. Nous avons vu un rat mort dans une piscine. Le personnel ne parle quasiment pas anglais. Le resort est énorme, il faut utiliser un buggy pour chaque déplacement. Donc si vous ne souhaitez pas sortir de la villa, c'est parfait (nous déconseillons toutefois le in-room dining). Nous comprenons mieux le tarif payé, plutôt bas, pour une telle villa de rêve.

Not a five star hotel/ resort. - No welcome drinks on arrival - The in room fridge does not work both x2 hotels and x3 villas we have access to. - Stains on my bed sheets and pillows on arrival. - Breakfast buffet has very little variety, extremely bland and stale at best. - Large and fast cockroaches in our room. - Cannot bring any outside food and/ or drinks in or a 5 million vnd fine will be served. - We were served warm coconuts - Air-conditioner has not been maintained with the compressor rusted outside, leaving a nasty odour within the villa and hotels. - Shower over bathtub. Dangerous when stepping out. Also mouldy. - At check out, we were accused of stealing a mug. The guy didn't check any other rooms. - I was accused of stealing a large beach umbrella. Even though it didn't rain and it was in the cupboard ... where they keep it !! - Excellent service from the caddy drivers!!

We spent one night at the FLC resort after our Vietage train trip. I chose this resort because they had 4 bedroom villas that could accommodate my family of 8 under one roof with very reasonable prices. The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf course view from the villa had an ocean view as well. We swam and rented bike too. We only wish we had time to check out the tennis court. The duty manager, Vi, speaks good English and was extremely helpful and accommodating to ensure that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The rest of the staff was very welcoming too, from the bellhop to Mr Thien at the front desk to Ms Thuy at room service. Thank you to FLC for ensuring a good stay for our family.

FLC Quy Nhon provided an excellent family holiday for me. I am quite pleased with the resort's amenities. FLC’s staff is polite and helpful, particularly Ms. Thao of the FO department, Mr. Dang, and the resort's medical team. Thank you for your hospitality! ^^
