Khu khách sạn cũng không quá khác biệt với khu căn hộ. - Đồ ăn siêu ngon và vị Âu rất chuẩn. Ăn sáng buffet đa dạng lựa chọn và chất lượng cao. - Biển riêng của resort sạch và an toàn. Buổi tối còn có chương trình ca nhạc để thư giãn lúc ăn tối. 💗 nhà mình sẽ còn quay lại đây nhiều lần nữa ✨

フロントの対応は良いが、それ以外では英語はほとんど通じない。 蟻がいる場所に差し入れのお菓子が置いてある。 朝食は毎日メニューが同じである。

We stayed for two nights and the hotel is on an amazing beach / cove but unfortunately it’s a bit tired and dated. Staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious. I have to say I felt that the food in the restaurant at night was a bit disappointing and expensive compared to other places but that’s the difficulty, once you are there you really have to eat there unless you have your own transport. We were also there when a wedding took place, which was nice but it could have been very noisy. It would be nice if the hotel advised its guests if weddings / events are taking place. Pleasant stay but too far out of Quy Nhon (12km) for us to return.

We were tempted by the beautiful photos on the internet. The hotel is outdated: it urgently needs renovation and cleaning, with a dirty pool and a very, very limited breakfast. However, the staff was friendly, and the hotel offers a sea view.

Tôi vừa có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở Seaside Resort Quy Nhơn. Tôi thích không gian yên tĩnh và thoải mái ở đây. Phòng của tôi có view biển rất đẹp. Mỗi sáng, tôi đều ngắm mặt trời mọc và đi dạo trên bãi biển. Các món ăn ở nhà hàng thật ngon, đặc biệt là hải sản. Thời gian ở đây giúp tôi cảm thấy thư giãn và nạp lại năng lượng. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại!

Nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp, bạn hỗ trợ hành lý hướng dẫn mình rõ ràng về các tiện ích và đã chuẩn bị sẵn phòng đúng view biển như mình yêu cầu. Check-in nhanh chóng, không phải chờ đợi lâu. Có nhiều cảnh đẹp cực chill vợ tôi rất thích

We have been traveling in Vietnam for a couple of months and felt a slice of perfection walking into this resort. Beautiful rooms, swimming length pool…all within a stones throw to the private beach right in front….and the ocean is perfectly warm with a chill. Food was delicious, staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Out of all the resorts, this is by far the worst. I would choose 0 star if I could. There is no customer service. I asked for more toilet paper and they provided a half used roll from another room. The quality of food was below average. I ordered a club sandwich and the chicken was raw, I had already taken 2 bites into it so it was too late for me, I tried to vomit but nothing came out. I had to take multiple pills to try to avoid salmonella. Saying ‘Sorry’ is not good enough. I got so sick coming out of both ends Trong số tất cả các khu nghỉ dưỡng, đây là nơi tồi tệ nhất. Tôi gọi một chiếc bánh sandwich câu lạc bộ và thịt gà còn sống, tôi đã cắn 2 miếng nên đã quá muộn, tôi cố nôn nhưng không có gì chảy ra. Tôi đã phải uống nhiều viên thuốc để tránh nhiễm khuẩn salmonella. Nói ‘Xin lỗi’ là chưa đủ. Tôi phát ốm lên từ cả hai đầu

El resort seaside boutique presenta varias ineficiencias las cuales enumero: 1. A la hora de ingreso según protocolo de Seaside la pieza asignada NO está preparada para recibir visitas 2. La hora del desayuno es muy desordenada, durante mi estadía tuve que solicitar agua caliente y jugo durante 3 días. El personal no repone los consumos y el pan presento siempre un estado añejo durante los 4 días de mi estadía 3. La playa esta sucia con colillas de cigarrillos, con bolsas y envases plásticos y otras mugres. Nadie la limpio durante mis 4 dias de estadía. Fotos disponibles con el Hotel de fondo. 4.El Jacuzzi de la piscina no funciona, después de insistir durante 2 días logre hacer que algunos de sus jet de agua funcionaran en regulares condiciones. 5. El personal No entiende Ingles y la comunicación es desastrosa Los problemas se van resolviendo muy lentamente con un manager vía mensajes y que no se encuentra presente viendo los problemas. 6. Prohíben el ingreso de bebidas al resort con pago de multa de 1.000.000 Dong, pero el resort No cuenta con bebidas Sin Azúcar lo que no se entiende esta prohibición 7. Le falta mucho para ser categoría 5 estrellas solo le da para 3 estrellas +. Lugar con entorno lindo, pero no funciona correctamente, para la gente local podría ser pero No para turistas Internacionales 8. Precio por noche muy alto en comparación con lo que uno recibe como servicio. 9. El problema que rebalso el vaso de agua, la ducha de la pieza botaba agua menos por su ducha. Con una persona que se duchara, el piso del baño quedaba lleno de agua y resbaladizo, muy peligroso por accidente. El mismo día vinieron a arreglarla.

Peaceful, comfortable, clean, good Vietnamese food, friendly, spacious, beautiful beach. Families from Vietnam and all over the world. Couples enjoying a weekend and plus... Very good transports services and excursions can be arranged by the administration. We missed to have chairs in rhe balcony...

this hotel is f… ridiculous, i will leave the worst comment you can imagine. your guests are uneducated, low class and behave like animals. getting drunk at night, barking in the corridor and playing ping pong at 11pm, 6am. the hotel staff is useless and do not control anything. for the price we paid we were expecting a high standard but it is just appauling. i hate you for that and I wish you all to lose your f… job. go to the hell
