"I was disappointed with my stay at Go Hotels North EDSA. The room didn't provide basic amenities that many hotels normally include. There were no slippers, and essential toiletries like a toothbrush weren't provided, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was another major issue. The signal was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to browse the internet or get any work done. Overall, the stay didn't meet my expectations because of the lack of basic amenities and the poor Wi-Fi connection. I hope the management improves these areas to provide a better experience for future guests"

"The room smelled bad (like how a sewer smells) when I went in the first time. Bathroom door didn’t align with door jamb. Asked to be assigned a different room but they said maintenance will try to fix it first. In classic Filipino style, it was “handled”. Noticed a number of drain flies in the bathroom. Shower drain was clogged. Called for assistance & was sent the same man (this time he is from the “engineering” department). Kind man removes the drain cover & fishes out clump of hair from previous occupants. The drain cover they have lets hair go down through it so you can’t see hairfall accumulating but neither does housekeeping. Only one lift was available for guests to use. Staff are all kind, helpful & courteous, the location was convenient for what i needed to do but the hotel is basic & needs to be cleaned properly."

"A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly."

"Cleaniness was so bad that some of us got allergic reactions and also got sick. The towel provided still had hair and dirt on it. there were cockroaches and Spiders in rooms and we're on the 10th floor. Shower water was ridiculous . One of the room also had water leaking out all the way to the corridor and even after asking for it to be fixed ntg was done. One room had clogged sink and they came to unclog it but did not fix the issue and it gets clogged again. If you see the image of the black toothbrush, that was there to welcome me when I opened the door when I checked in. If you're booking for a night I guess its okay for the price but if you're planning to stay longer I would not suggest this place. We had to check out early and move hotels because of how it was affecting all of our health and wellbeings. The only good part is that the Hotel Manager was really nice and helped us do our refund and was very apologetic about our experience. Don't get fooled by all the good reviews like we did because we had 6 rooms booked and they all had their fair share of issues including electricity short circuit etc If you are there for 1 or 2 nights then I guess it'll be fine."
