They were pleasant and accommodating. I had a smooth check-in and check-out transaction. The room is nice and clean. Overall, it's a good experience.

I already called them ahead of time to confirmed my booking however when I arrived they still let me waited on the lobby for a very long time I just asked them if I can canceled and theh immediately offer the cancellation, however when I am reading the T and C of my booking it is non refundable howcome that they can easily cancelled a booking with no refund vey sad and not satisfied customer need more training for there staff(Customer service experienced)

It was basic but clean , maybe a fridge and a kettle would make it much better . Good for a clean place to rest

No hot water... Tv didnt work Tv didnt work, no hot water! People smoke inbthe hotel!

Very handy for FM Mall Fairview, and staff very respectful and eager to help. However plumbing is bad, toilet blocked 4 times in 10 day stay
