Wifi connection is good, the place is accessible to hospitals,pharmacies, markets and malls, it's quiet, Most I've liked is its safety. And it's a No smoking place with good water supply, no problem in doing your hygiene . I can suggest a service water heater for hot water anytime to drink. Though there is no food service, you can order your food anytime via food panda or go out to the nearest food chain, mall or market
