breakfast is ok. Super noisy because the room assigned to us is just beside the road we couldnt even sleep. AC is cold but noisy. room is a bit old. Staff is courteous.

I made a hotel reservation based on positive reviews, but the actual experience was disappointing. The room quality seemed more in line with a budget hotel rather than the promised 3-star standard. There were no complimentary bottled water, tea, or coffee, and no kettle provided in the room. I had to fetch drinking water from a dispenser in the hallway. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the bathroom, making the whole experience uncomfortable. It was frustrating to pay for a 3-star hotel and feel like I was in a budget accommodation. I was let down by my experience with Wyndham and puzzled about the discrepancy between the great reviews and my own experience.

Second stay here, overall nice stay. Basic amenities provided, nearby food shops

Staff members are professional and courteous. Service oriented employees. Keep more of those employees.

個人商務出差，非常差的一次入住體驗。航班落地很晚，入住睡覺，居然有蟑螂爬上床，十分恐怖。申請換房無果。要求退訂後幾天，也不成功。房間不提供瓶裝水，衹能自己出去買。早餐之簡陋無法想象，想要一杯拿鐵，都需要單獨付費。無法想象温德姆旗下每晚五百多房費的酒店是這種狀況。

My first experience with Microtel was very impressive. I ended up extending my stay because I loved my room so much!

Location is great, very close to Eastwood Mall, so lots of retail stores and restaurants. The hotel is a no frills place. Very basic. No tea and coffee making facilities. The safe was broken but other than that it's clean and good for a short stay. There was free breakfast which the menu is changed daily. Very average food and very understaffed. It was passable though. The nonsense about the staff asking about vaxx status was ridiculous and unnecessary as its not required by the govt.

The room is spacious and clean.

Hotel is clean and hotel personnel's are very nice, kind and very accomodating

The staff here are nice. From the guards to the receptionists especially Jeff in their dining area. Staff are polite and have smiles on their faces. I like how clean our room is. My daughter also likes them because they always call her by her name. Great food, great room, great people. Keep it up.

Wifi is non existent, not for business travellers who need to keep connected

Mostly clean and comfortable with surprising quiet considering the hotel is located right on a busy main road. Convenient access to Eastwood's shopping and dining options via a nearby overpass (that has its own security guard). Bedsheets were an odd plasticky material, not entirely the comfiest but serviceable enough to sleep in. I had concerns about strong fragrances/fabric softeners prior to my stay (skin allergy issues) but fortunately the hotel keeps the linens (?) fragrance free. Was surprised to find my in-room safe not only broken but almost falling off its hinges, possibly due to previous guest? Check-out inspections could be more thorough. Maintenance was great about replacing the entire safe and helping with a plumbing issue. Also note that breakfast comes as an extra charge. Hotel was mostly well equipped otherwise: fully controllable air conditioning, very cold mini-fridge, free drinking water from a dispenser in the hallway. Friendly and promptly helpful staff and security, too.
