Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, an IHG Hotel arvostelua

Was very upsetting upon arrival was told that the amenities like the pools was under construction and have been for awhile. Was looking forward to having a relaxing honeymoon by the pool with a drink or 2. The amenities is a very important part to the hotels I book and wasn’t told in advance but on the day of checkin. Ended up leaving early and booking another hotel with no refund. The staff was polite and patient

The front desk personnel was very professional and friendly. She upgraded our room and provided our special requests. Upon check out, she asked if we enjoyed our stay and if the guest relations provided the complimentary slice of birthday cake for me.

何不自由ない滞在でした フロントと入口のセキュリティも、きちんと24時間対応です ショッピングモールと連結してるのかかなり強い 食事もマッサージも困りません 朝食も豊富でおいしく、日本食もありました 強いて言うなら2点 海外ホテルあるあるですが、シャワールームで気をつけないと洗面台やトイレの方まで水がダダ漏れします また、フロントの上のエアコンで結露が起きていて、待ってるときに水滴が落ちてきます

This was my second or third time staying at this hotel. I chose this location because it's attached to the Robinson's mall. I can easily find food at night, and wander around in case I get bored during my free time. It's also walking distance to the SM mall, although you might have to walk through some smaller streets. You can pretty much walk around the hotel as well. The room is clean. Love the big bed. Aircond is very cold. Bathroom lighting is perfect. The only thing I did not like was the shower area. Water spills easily onto the toilet/ sink area. Love the breakfast place and selections too. I have never used the pool before, but the gym is basically Anytime Fitness, which you can access as hotel guests.

Will definitely come back here again!
