Espadilla Gardens Hotel

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage:in Fußweite zum Strand. Die Pools sind sehr gepflegt und verfügen über tolle Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Service war sehr gut, und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Das Essen des hoteleigenen Restaurants hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt!

Bien situé , à côté du parc et de la plage Espadilla … Vous admirez de nombreux oiseaux , iguanes et surtout les singes capucins qui s’amusent , se déplacent d’arbre en arbre alors que vous vous reposez au bord de la piscine .Piscine chaude , douche et WC extérieurs neufs ,très propres …. Personnel à l’accueil très professionnel et vous aidant à trouver des solutions à vos demandes . No Stress ….. Petit déjeuner et restaurant à 3 mn à pied . Buffet très copieux . Chambre et literie dans la norme , propre et fonctionnelle , climatisée.

This hotel is in a good location just a 5 minute walk from the beach (although I did not like this beach and only used the beach in the national park). It is also a 10 minute walk from the national park (which was amazing) if not less. The check in was smooth and the member of staff on reception was very informative and friendly. The room was large, bigger than expected and was spotlessly clean all the time we were there. The grounds and pool area were also nice and clean. The breakfast was great. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner as it seemed expensive and there was a lot more choice around. In regards to the area, I am not sure this is the nicest part of Manuel Antonio, but of course this is not reflective of the hotel. The beach was not very clean and the area did not feel as authentic as other parts of Costa Rica we have stayed. However, the hotel itself can not be faulted and we had a great time at the Manuel Antonio national park.
