Tico Tico Villas - Adult Only

Loved it here! We didn’t even need to leave the villa, we saw monkeys, the resident iguanas, parrots! Beautiful! Eugene, Justin and Vernita were brilliant, the best customer service, thank you so much, we really hope we can come back again one day!! 😊

The room is nice with good amenities. There was a smell of damp however although unsure where this was coming from. The pool looked dirty and not very enticing. Not too much going on around the hotel, a car would be useful Staff seemed friendly

We love our apartment in Tico Tico Villas. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the pool is lovely. The property is clean and well-maintained inside and out. Good wifi, and easy to get around by public transport. Our kind host, Vernita, made us feel right at home and provided helpful information whenever needed. We would come back in a heartbeat (and stay longer next time!)

Beautiful Beautiful Resort…The perfect place for a week, month or a year to Enjoy the Best of Costa Rica! We went for 3 week vacation when my husband retired, extended it to 3 months, then….stayed for 3 years. OMG the Best and Most caring Owners and entire Staff. Can’t wait to go back!

This is it!! This is the kind of place we were looking for during our three weeks in Costa Rica. Rooms were tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the hospitality of Eugene and Vernita was first rate!! Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the gardens. Parking was easy, with several restaurants within walking distance.

La ubicación queda perfecta para visitar Quepos, Manuel Antonio, Dominical, Marino Ballenas y otras zonas aledañas, además de gran variedad de playas muy bonitas. Las instalaciones son muy atractivas, sencillas, cubiertas con naturaleza e incluyen todos los servicios que se necesitan durante la estancia. La habitación era como un pequeño apartamento, con espacio de cocina, descanso y para dormir cómodamente. La atención fue excelente, realmente lo recomiendo, es de fácil acceso tanto llegando en carro como en transporte público.

My husband and I visited Costa Rica and Tico Tico Villas for the first time. Our villa was a one-bedroom patio studio #6 and met our needs. There is a balcony at the front and at the back outside of the bedroom, a kitchenette with gas stove (but who’s cooking on vacation?) The a/c is in the bedroom but also cools the living room. The small pool was a great place to meet our neighbors who were all very friendly. There is a store on property for water, snacks and items you may need. Tico Tico is a safe gated small property, about 10-12 villas with the bus stop right in front (we only used a taxi twice.) We met Vernita, the manager and Eugene the owner who lives across the street and Miguel in the store. They were so helpful and friendly. Vernita even arranged for transportation back to the airport and was always a WhatsApp message away. The location of Tico Tico was perfect for us. We could hop on the bus and go anywhere, the beach (as many did,) the market, all of the restaurants or to a high end hotel with a rooftop bar for drinks, appetizers and a gorgeous sunset. Miguel arranged a sunset dinner catamaran cruise for us that was a lot of fun. We’ll return to Tico Tico Villas!

Echt super!! Het hotel is schoon en ligt op een plek waar heel veel dieren zitten. Leuk zwembad, gezellige lampjes, mooie patio. De gastvrouw is super aardig en behulpzaam. Dit was het mooiste hotel waar we hebben geslapen in Costa Rica. Erg jammer dat we er maar voor 1 nachtje waren.

Lovely place, fully equiped. Plus, Vernita is super sweet! Perfect location, if you want to go to the park or explore other beaches as well. We will definetely be going back. Thank you soo much for making our vacation really somethig else!!!
