I am not happy with the type of beds in the apartment. The booking clearly stated that it was one king size with 2 single beds but I found out the apartment arranged 2 double beds instead. The next day I called the front desk and he told me because I didn’t requested for 2 single beds so 2 double beds were arranged. When I checked out I showed my booking photos to the staff and he told me I sent an email to them and specifically requested to have a double bed instead of 2 singles. I have never requested for that and I was very upset with these responses. Could trip.com investigate what has been gone wrong in my booking? Thank you.
It was a lovely stay, fantastic location! It was great for our little family.
The only thing was the outside light in the hall is on all night and very bright into the kids bedroom which we couldn't shut out enough with the blinds on the window.
