Holiday Inn QUEENSTOWN FRANKTON ROAD by IHG

The hotel was very clean and in a convenient location. The bus stop was only a few minutes’ walk away, and it was easy to get to the city centre by bus. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The jaw-dropping views of lake Whakatipu in front of the hotel is the selling point of this hotel. The snow-capped mountains are so lovely! It’s time to renovate the rooms because the wear and tear are showing. The front desk staff are excellent and buffet breakfast was sufficient. The Italian restaurant was also highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff member who assisted us was from Nepal and provided excellent service. there was no complimentary drinking water in the room, and parking cost $15 per night. Overall, it was a good stay and we were satisfied with the experience.

The room view is ok, but room facility is so so. Not as per my expected. It is just an average room even it called premium room.

Very good and nice place to chill. Good view can see lake and mountain together when wake up ( I selected lake view room)

Front reception staff are amazing and well trained and super friendly and helpful The room is decent size for a family of four though it shows its old age. Carpet is clean but parts are missing. Bathroom heater works on the first and the last day so we did not get to use it much. Breakfast is great and reasonably priced after memeber discount. Parking could have been cheaper but understand everything is expensive in queenstown. We love the spa and sauna - it has three spas and spa is very hot Great spot for a holiday between frankton and city centre

The location is ideal—just a 7-minute drive from the city—and the lake view is absolutely beautiful and unobstructed. The room was spacious enough for us to travel comfortably with our son.

Of Course LOVE the view from room. the heater was amazing . so that we can warmth our body well in cold weather

Highly recommended.
