房間比想象中大，佈置的很有當地特色。設施很齊全，交通便利，就是早餐比較簡單，建議到外面吃。

The location of the hotel is very close to the Skyline station, and just a few minutes walking to the very famous burger shop in Queenstown. In The room is clean and with a lovely view to see the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing such a beautiful place for us to stay in Queenstown.

Small hotel with limited parking but great location. Rooms on the small side but perfectly adequate for couples. Breakfast is a basic but adequate buffet with no hot food apart from toast & pastries. Excellent choice of gluten free granola and lounge area has complimentary soft drinks and a range of self service gluten free sweets & chocolates! There’s also a lovely touch of complimentary beers, wines & canopies from 5-6pm in the lounge.

The Dairy Private, what can we say - we LOVED our stay SO much! The best hotel experience we’ve EVER had!! We had the first four nights of our honeymoon booked and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They also brought us a bottle of champagne and cheese platter to our room which was so special and really lifted our honeymoon vibes. We loved the free happy hour and just the experience of meeting other guests in the lounge during that time - it was something we’ve never had and was so memorable. Rooms were so comfy and cosy, we slept so well! And we also loved the decor, so warm and unusual and made things feel more thoughtful and welcoming than being in a large hotel. Our whole experience is what made us book again for the final two nights of our honeymoon when we arrived at the hotel we had originally booked only to find that they had major constructions going on just beside our room (which they hadn’t mentioned when booking). Straight away I looked to see if The Dairy Private had availability and they did - such relief!! We booked immediately and came to check in, and were met warmly by one of the staff saying ‘you’re back!’ We felt so welcomed for the second time, it was definitely the right decision and the perfect way to finish our honeymoon. Biggest thanks to The Dairy Private team for making our honeymoon exceptional! We can’t wait to come back for an anniversary stay in the future 😊

Beautiful, spotless rooms and wonderful common areas conveniently located,. Wine and food reception in the evening. Very friendly and professional staff. Can walk to center of Q town and just down the road from the gondolas. Comfortable and cozy but professional

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at The Dairy during a stay in Queenstown. We loved everything about the hotel, but the amazing lounge and cute complimentary items were extra special. The location is perfect for a stay in central Queenstown, with attractions like "Fergburger," the gondola, and the luge (all of which are great!) practically on your doorstep. We opted not to rent a car during our stay at The Dairy because we found we could access everything we wanted to by walking or by bus. You may want to consider that to save on rental and parking costs. On a side note, I'd also recommend "Bespoke Kitchen" which is a fantastic cafe next door (as of 2024). Thank you to the team at The Dairy; we had such a great time. My wife said it was "... the favourite hotel she'd ever stayed at", and it was definitely up there for me too! Cheers!

Great spot in Queenstown! Old charm in a new hotel. Great boutique hotel. Nice common areas and amenities. Easy check in. Wonderful room and bathroom. Quiet rooms. Easy 2 min walk to downtown. Life made easy in Queenstown. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
