房間衞生服務都挺好，電陶爐微波爐洗碗機鍋碗洗烘機都有，方便自己做飯洗衣，位置離市區有點距離，有車無所謂，沒車不建議，停車位晚到就沒了，不過可以繞到酒店後面的一條路邊，我們停了一晚早上六七點走沒有收錢或者罰款。另外攜程顯示退房時間是錯的，限十一點前退房，我們以為十二點退，導致十一點半清潔員上門還沒收拾完，這點需要更新訊息。

位置很偏僻 沒有停車的地方 晚上10點後就沒有工作人員了 雖然前台服務可以 可是不太像連鎖大酒店應有的設備以及服務

山景房很不錯

國外的酒店就別指望服務了，還算乾淨，離機場比較近，適合純商務出差人士。旅遊休假的還是比較推薦離湖邊近的民宿和度假酒店

酒店設施太簡陋，連個桌子都沒有，都不及Motel 的標準，實在不能冠以温德姆的稱號

**Great Stay with Stunning Views** I had a fantastic stay at **La Quinta by Wyndham Remarkables Park Queenstown**. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that offer beautiful mountain views. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-room amenities, including a kitchenette and laundry facilities, were a great bonus. The location is excellent—close to the airport, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s also a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Queenstown. Highly recommend!

酒店衛生還算乾淨，服務也不錯。我入住當天發現房間內有清潔工遺留的消毒劑和毛巾，估計員工丟東西了也不知道在哪找了吧。 🅿️酒店停車位置巨少，需要先到先得，住了兩晚都沒搶道車位，需要停到酒店背後的一塊爛地停車場上，而且需要額外付錢，感覺非常不便。 酒店附近比較荒涼，最好提前備好乾糧，樓下大堂也有一個小賣部，可以買到飲料、泡麵，相當不錯。

We were there for 1 night and it was perfect. The location is very beautiful surrounded by mountains. We would definitely come back!!

酒店位置距離機場很近，打車十分鐘的路程，路上車和人都很少，皇后鎮的風景絕了，房間窗户外就是絕美的風景。

Walked into our suite and smell of curry was present for our entire stay! Room did not get made up all three days. Filter needed to be cleaned on heat pump for cooling and it was not attended to. Most upsetting was the lack of parking spaces for guest vehicles and we had to pay extra $$ to park in a separate lot-not fair ! Not clear on website that extra charges would be incurred for this so called “amenity”! Email sent after booking advising of limited parking spots . Wyndham Hotel should foot the bill for parking off site with the price of the rooms and to keep it fair for ALL guests-some of us have to pay while others did not. Front desk staff did not communicate with us effectively and we missed out on a “supposed upgrade”. Poor service overall for a new “Wyndham hotel” that is 90% a residence building.
