The location is next to a bar / pub that close at 3am from Sunday to Thursday and at 4am on Friday and Saturday, the noise is so loud and clear even I stay on the 3rd floor. Please avoid this place unless you want a night with only 2 hours sleep then need to wake up early to catch the morning flight

I stayed in a room for 10 people and the room was spacious. The staff were very helpful.

Could use with soap in the showers

還可以吧，可能現在是淡季，六人房就兩個人住，我覺得還行。附近去哪裡都很近，在鎮上，適合一個人遊玩，如果人多還是去定套房吧

12個人一間，非常吵雜無法休息，因為很多人作息不一樣，會有不同時間的開門聲，會有人放聲音看影片、講電話…..。暖氣太熱房間太悶，感覺只有枕頭套有換過，因為睡起來癢癢的，床邊還沒有插座！只能到站到有插座的地方充電！而且也沒提供浴巾、沐浴乳，大概是皇后鎮最差的青年旅館吧。

우선 위치가 정말 최고입니다. 퀸스타운 내 가려고자 하는 곳은 거의 다 도보로 가깝게 이동가능합니다. 숙소가 호수로부터 도보로 1~2분밖에 걸리지 않아요. 숙소 앞에 있는 브런치 가게들도 유명하고 맛있어요. 접근성은 진짜 최고입니다. 그리고 이 호텔은 GOKI라는 앱을 미리 깔고 이메일 인증도 받고 체크인 하시면 빠르게 체크인 가능해요. 아니면 체크인 하시면서 앱을 설치하고 인증받으셔야 합니다. 키 없이 이 앱으로 문을 여닫을 수 있더라구요. 호텔 G층에는 음악을 크게 들어두어서 혹시 방까지 들리지 않을까 했는데 숙소에 있으면 G층의 음악은 전혀 들리지 않습니다. 다만 방음은 되지 않아 옆방의 기침소리나 복도에서 대화하는 소리가 아주 잘 들렸어요. 저희는 창문이 없는 방을 예약했고, 방문 아래 보니 틈이 있더라구요. 저희 층에는 라운지 공간이 없는데도 사람들이 12시 1시 넘어서도 복도에서인지 이야기를 크게 나누어서 소음이 크긴 했습니다. 이건 같은 시기에 묵는 사람들에 따라 다르게 느껴질 것 같아요. 방 내부는 대체적으로 청결했습니다. 샴푸와 바디워시가 없는 줄 알았는데 매일 수건과 함께 일회용 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 트리트먼트가 제공되었습니다. 첫 날 제공되었던 팩 우유는 2명 묵었지만 1개가 제공되었고, 첫 날만 제공되었어요. 맛있어서 나중에 마트가서 사먹었어요. 방은 창문이 없어 환기를 걱정했는데요, 천장에 작은 구멍이 환풍기인지 에어컨인지 바람이 자주 나오면서 냄새도 안 나고 방 온도도 적절하게 조절되었습니다. 에어컨은 연결이 안 되어있어서인지 아예 작동이 되지 않았어요. 방 안에 TV, 냉장고, 드라이기, 옷걸이, 다림판, 다리미가 있었고, 침구도 깨끗했습니다. 다만 묵었던 여러 날 중 둘째날은 방 청소가 3시 넘어서도 이루어지지 않아서 중간에 휴식하러 들어왔다가 다시 나갔어요. 다녀오니 방에 이불과 수건, 어메니티들이 제공되어있었으나 화장실 바닥의 먼지들은 정리가 되어있진 않았어요. 다음 날엔 다시 방도 화장실 바닥도 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었습니다. 전반적으로 만족했던 곳입니다.

Very dirty and old facilities, staff not helpful and told me he couldn't find my booking which scared me a lot. I don't know where I can stay if he can not find my booking.

Good place to stay if you are traveling solo. Location is perfect, kitchen and sofa area are big, customer service was responding immediately

非常現代化，前台非常nice,乐于助人 不限時check in，很多皇后镇的民宿有時间限制🚫天黑了当地人就下班了

アプリを使ってドアを開閉できたり、夜遅くでも帰ってこれたり、といったところは良かったかなと思います。 あと中心地に近いのはとても便利でよかったし、湖にも近くて散歩に出やすかったです。 スタッフの方はフレンドリーで私の下手な英語も理解しようとしてくれて嬉しかったです。 共用部分が乱雑な印象を受けました。 毎日スタッフの方が片付けてくれてはいるようですが、キッチンスペースは整理があまりなされてなかったです。 (こればかりは利用者側の問題なのでどうしようもないかなとは思いますが…) 冷蔵庫も空きスペースがなく、泊まる人間の多さに設備がついていってないのかなという感じでした。 部屋の中も同じくあまり綺麗ではないなと感じました。 セキュリティボックスと思しきものはありましたが鍵が壊れていて使えないし、ベッドのシーツは綺麗ですが、掛け布団はあまり綺麗じゃなかったです。 あと、クリスマスパーティーが遅くまで開かれていたので、そういった喧騒が苦手な人はクリスマスの時期の予約は外したほうがいいと思います。

A great experience for a female solo traveler. I Pros I shared a female dorm with three other women and had a great time getting to know those coming in and out. The shared bathroom was always clean (cleaned every day). The communal kitchen is large and well-organised. You can make use of condiments that get left behind. As it was still cold, there are always fires burning both in reception and the common room. It makes the atmosphere very cosy. The best service I got was from their information desk, which is located in the reception area. As I didn't have a credit card and businesses like Snowbiz in town don't accept cash, I was able to pay for ski passes and rental by making a booking at the service desk (they have a card machine and also accept cash). Cons This side of the hostel where my room was located, just experiences a lot of noise, as there are bars down below, despite the sliding door being sound-proof. Not all the reading lamps for each bed work and also need to be fixed. The shower leaked a lot of water, as the glass door doesn't properly close. Overall though, a great stay and value for money. You do save on accommodation, as QT is an expensive town to visit.

The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable but the room I got was right across the bar and people partied til 3 am when it’s Friday or weekends… impossible to fall asleep. I think I won’t stay here for sure next time ;(
