Queenstown Forest Retreat - 4BR, Pool Table, Views

With a forest and stream backdrop and mountain views, our family-friendly 3-storey home is a retreat close to the action of Queenstown. Our 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home is a short drive to the CBD and airport, and 30 minutes to Coronet or Remarkables ski fields & bike trails. Off-street parking in a quiet neighbourhood. Thoughtfully set-up with toys & games (and a pool table and large TV too), we also have a backyard deck, gas fire, full kitchen and BBQ. For guests with young children, we also offer a highchair, baby bath, portacot and bassinet, baby gate, as well as a room with a bed that can be either two single beds or a king. The house is split across three levels. The top floor is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with gas fire, heat pump/air con, TV with Netflix, Neon & Sky Sport Now, Unlimited Fibre Internet, fully equipped large kitchen. There is also a balcony with bifold doors, Weber BBQ and seats to take in the views. The middle floor has two bedrooms and the main bathroom, as well as a fully insulated garage that we have converted to an entertainment room - with a large TV, couch and pool table, as well as a few kids toys. A washing machine and dryer are in the garage too. The bedrooms on the middle floor have heatpumps/air con and wardrobe space and balconies overlooking the forest and stream. One room contains a queen bed, while the other has two single beds which can be converted to a king. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor each have their own ensuites, TVs with Netflix and access out to the backyard deck (there is also a gate off the deck to access the stream and forest). The master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite, wardrobe, heatpump/air con and an office desk and chair. A portacot can be put in the master bedroom if required. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite, wardrobe and heatpump/air con.
