Filthy dirty. Broken toiletseat, smelled bad. Toilet paper on back of toilet was dirty. Bad plaster patch work on walls

Terrible experience with the room. Not clean, Bed push against the ac unit making it tough to shut the blinds, Room and bathroom were both dirty.

Almost every aspect of our stay at this property was disappointing. The establishment is a tired, old building with dis-interested staff. There is no pride of ownership of the property evidenced by the collection of litter all around the property. Advertised amenities are not accurate.

The room was clean, but it definitely needs a deep cleaning. If you need a place to sleep, this would be a good stop for one night. I would not stay there longer than one night

The pictures online are far from what they actually were. We did not stay. There was pee in the bathroom. Mold in the ac vents, hair on and in the pillows&sheets. Did not seemed to be cleaned at all. Offered a 10% refund which is absolutely nothing.

We reserved online on July 24th. When we saw the room, we were disgusted. The sink had hair in it and the bathtub did as well. The property was not clean. The stair risers are uneven, creating a hazard. We stay in a lot of Wyndham hotels and this was the worst we have seen.

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. So dirty. I've been a housekeeper in the past and I was absolutely mortified. Even my fiance was absolutely disgusted. I don't know how anyone stays there...

They say its renovated but that's a gross over exaggeration. Walls are crudely patched and painted, trim is falling off the walls, the bathroom is old and fixtures falling off. There was no one at the desk to discuss with when we checked out. I got a call from someone associated with this place offering me 20% off for our next visit but there will never ever be another visit to this place. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this location.

We stayed here 5 years ago (before the covid pandemic), so we were personally familiar with this property. It is an older establishment, but still delivers the necessities (i.e. comfort, cleanliness, and privacy), but don’t expect a lot of frills. It is conveniently located right off the expressway exit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was spartan but of good quality. They do have a couple onsite charging stations for EVs. It fit the bill for our two-night stay in Glens Falls and was the least expensive motel/hotel option when we were shopping for accommodations.
