Red Roof Inn Glens Falls - Lake George

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room had a desk with chair along with another chair in the corner. The fridge and microwave were very old from the faded look but they worked. The air conditioner was quite noisy. The bathroom is in an odd location as it’s right at the middle of the bed. Lots of hot water, water pressure and towels. No elevator for those on the second floor. Unfortunately the power in the area went out at 6:30 am and we were leaving at 7:30 am. With no power there was no breakfast as they only had waffle maker and some bread/cereal. There were no muffins, pastries, yogurt or fruit that we could grab and go. So went without breakfast. The hotel is close to the outlet stores, restaurants, Walmart and Target.

Weird room setup. Had to squeeze between bed and wall to get in bathroom. So bathroom door opens right next to bed. Bathroom door handle is on backwards so can’t lock it. They must have repainted and painted over hooks from previous pictures. Cobwebs between beds where wall meets ceiling. No vending machine for a bottle of water. No ironing boards or iron in room.

I can't imagine how this hotel gets 4+ star ratings. The beds were uncomfortable, the "breakfast" had very little food to offer. The facility was not great by any means. We were charged an exhorbitant rate because of a special event. Not a good value at all. "

4 rooms for a family trip to the race track in Saratoga. Plugs that don't work, lights broken, hair dryers missing in some rooms. Some rooms have tissues, some don't. Curtains falling off the rod. Just really run down. Hallway doors filthy. We won't be returning.

This was our first stay at a Red Roof Inn. We will definitely be looking for more Red Roof Inn's as we travel. The rates were reasonable. They had no fee for our little dog that travels everywhere with us. My husband mentioned that I have difficulty with stairs so they they gave us a ground floor room with a ramp. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a microwave and fridge. Great for us when traveling

This was a nicer than usual Red Roof Inn. They are dog friendly so that’s why we choose to stay in them. The staff here was very friendly and helpful, the room clean and it was nice to have indoor access to the room. There are many restaurant options nearby.

L’emplacement est correct, les chambres ont besoins de rénos et de nettoyage, le tapis est tellement sale, climatisation fonctionne bien, le personnels est très sympatiques et attentionnés, aucune piscine, aucune chaises tables à l’extérieurs , pas d’endroits pour relaxer.

At the last minute, I had to cancel my overnight stay at this Red Roof Inn. My husband called and explained the circumstances and Mike was incredibly accommodating. He empathized with our situation and made every effort to help us cancel our reservation without penalty. We were so impressed with his professional demeanor and overall kindness! He is a wonderful example of a professional providing wonderful customer service and care! Thank you, Mike!
