안보이는 곳들 먼지들 슬짝 있음.. 열리는 창문이 없어서 아쉬웠고 작지만 효율적인 구조였음! 깨끗한 편이라 괜찮았아요

Very interesting gotel. To have breafirst you have prepare yourself. Room small, sort of Murphy bed. You have all but small. I would book again if come to this kind of hotel.

호텔방 깨끗하고 호텔 자체도 되게 깨끗하고 좋았아요. 조식은 조금 별로였지만 가격대비 방 청결도, 직원의 친절함, 디파짓 없는거등등 장점이 많았어요

挺乾淨的，比我想象空間大，可能因為老外人高馬大吧，晚上到的，需要到隔壁checkin，會預留鑰匙，另外退按金極其快

Après avoir signalé un lit cassé lors de mon arrivée, pour lequel on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas grave et qu’il rebondissait seulement, j’ai été facturé sans aucune information préalable d’un montant supérieur à la caution pour ce même lit cassé. Une grosse arnaque et une énorme mauvaise foi du personnel de l’hôtel. Très très déçu de ce comportement !

We stayed here for one night. The location is very good; Quebec is a walkable city and this is just round the corner from the main area. However, the check in email received the day before our stay said we could check in from 2pm, but when we got there the room wasn't ready. They said they'd text us when it was so we went out and came back at 3.30pm - still not ready. At 4pm, we asked again and were given the key! The room - our room was between the lift and the stairs, not ideal and we asked to be moved but they said there were no other rooms available. It was (as expected) tiny and once the bed is lowered, there is no space to sit and hardly any space to walk. There is nowhere to hang anything or even to put suitcases. The sink was so small we couldn't wash in it without banging against either the wall or the soap dispenser. The shower was good and everything was clean. Breakfast - this area reminded us of a youth hostel; basic. Because there is only a member of staff on duty between 12 noon and 8pm, if anything runs out there is no one to replace it or make sure the area stays clean. For the price we paid we expected better than this.

L'emplacement de cet hotel est excellent pour visiter Québec. Par contre les conditions d'hébergement ne conviennent pas à toutes les clientèles. La chambre est particulièrement exiguë et permet très difficilement l'ouverture d'une valise, idéal si vous voyagez avec un. sac à dos. Nous avons eu la malchance de passer ou une nuit où un incident s'est produit dans les parties communes et l'absence directe de personnel sur place est gênante. Intervention néanmoins rapide du veilleur de nuit de l’hôtel mitoyen. Etablissement très propre et pas de souci avec la cuisine partagée. Je conseille pour des habitués à voyager light.
