"And older style motel this place is unpretentious and obviously long in the tooth. But it is cheap, located centrally (as in central Quenbeyan) and as it's not expensive if you are wanting to visit Canberra and have your own transport you may be well advised to at least consider staying in this or one of the other cheaper motels nearby. It's literally 15 minutes or so to get into Canberra. Speaking of nearby the motel is just a stroll from a supermarket, small shopping centre and several eateries. Service was fine and the place was clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable and there was adequate parking. As I said it's obviously an older establishment but if you are just looking for a place to sty in the area this is a good option."

"We stayed in The Studio and it was a nightmare for us. We are an older couple with health issues. We found the high step into the uneven floor a horror. The fact I had to bend down so low to connect the power plug in didn't help. The garbage bin was soooo small I had to ask for another bag. We had to dispose of larger items outside AWAY from the Studio ourselves. There were no outside chairs so as a smoker ( I know!) I either stood outside or sat on a concrete step. The towel rail was over the the toilet roll holder therefore either have soggy toilet paper or don't shower..not any where to hang either 2 towels or the hand towel. The list goes on........ Oh! What service?"
