Magique Maurice Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel paradisiaque, le personnel est super l’endroit est magique, le club enfants est top avec le parc aquatique, bref si on peut on y retourne.

Honeymoon A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. Room was huge, food excellent, selection of drinks was excellent and all staff super friendly at all times.

Wir hatten das Glück, vom 14. bis 25. Oktober 2024 als erste Gäste nach der Renovierung im Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare zu übernachten, und wir können nur sagen: Es war ein absoluter Traum! Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns einen Urlaub beschert, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Von der Ankunft an fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Der Service war durchweg exzellent und sehr professionell – sei es im Restaurant, an der Rezeption oder vom Housekeeping-Team. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt, und das Team ging besonders auf unsere Wünsche nach veganen Essensoptionen ein, was uns sehr begeistert hat. So einen aufmerksamen und sorglosen Service haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt! Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und besonders die mauritischen und indischen Einflüsse haben uns gefallen. Die Gerichte waren frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war ein weiteres Highlight. Es war sehr groß und hell. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und einer separate Toilette – ideal! Jeden Morgen und Abend wurde das Zimmer aufgefrischt, Betten neu bezogen und liebevoll dekoriert. Besonders möchten wir Ansley für seine kreativen Dekokünste hervorheben – er formte die Handtücher kunstvoll zu Herzen, Schwänen oder Elefanten, was uns jedes Mal ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberte. Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an das Animationsteam, das mit viel guter Laune für tolle Unterhaltung gesorgt hat. Stephano, unser DJ No.1, sorgte abends für die beste Stimmung, und Lucca, der Aqua Gym Master, brachte uns ordentlich in Bewegung! Eesha war eine wunderbare Kreol- und Bogenschießlehrerin, und Didier führte uns mit Wissen und Humor auf einen schönen Strandspaziergang zum Tempel nach Belle Mare. Arshad war unendlich motiviert und hat auch uns motiviert, und Jia beeindruckte uns, indem sie sich unsere Namen am schnellsten merken konnte. Die Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gab, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Katja von der deutschen Gästekommunikation, die uns viele tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben hat. Das Servicepersonal verdient ebenfalls ein riesen Dankeschön! Kamini war einfach die Coolste und hat morgens beim Frühstück entspannt die Vögel im Garten verscheucht. Nitesh, unser Deutschexperte, war immer für uns da, ebenso wie Raj und besonders Jay, der als Erster dafür sorgte, dass wir mit veganen Menüs versorgt wurden – immer mit einem sympathischen Lachen. Steven war unser Frühstücksmeister, der uns täglich mit einer Extraportion Pancakes und Tomatensaft versorgte und besonders fürsorglich war. Jamita hat uns mit wertvollen Hautpflegetipps für die UV-Stufe 11 und einem stets freundlichen Gespräch versorgt, und Nusreen lachte mit uns, wenn wir uns mal wieder vor den Vögeln erschreckte . Suhasini und Deepak, unser Organisationstalent mit seinem berühmten „It’s done!“, machten unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Ein besonderer Dank geht auch a

The hotel have better customer service concerning their accommodations, good food and beverages and excellent activities, I have been going there for many years and this hotel improve a lot that is great. My experience was always good there with no regret.

It was an amazing experience given our value for money. We stayed for 9 nights and: - the food was great, enough variety to not get bored of. The tuna sashimi in the main restaurant was something to look forward to. We didn’t really visit other restaurants apart from the Asian one, the food was tasty (not truly Asian though) and the service up to standard. -pools and the beach were clean and constantly being taken care of -the room was also clean, we didn’t have any issues, in case of any questions the front desk was always helpful. The decoration may not be the most modern but it wasn’t too important to us. -there was enough activities on site to keep us entertained. Tennis court, pétanque, water slides, various free of charge water activities from the Papa’s Dream office located right on the beach. The staff on site took part and organised many contests, lessons and was always fun to be around - big thank you to Lucca, Avnish and Yovan 🫡 -Papas Dream also organises the five islands tour that was a lot of fun, I really recommend it -we walked around and our beach was by far the nicest one

We were there almost 2 weeks in August/Sepyember. 2 adults, 2 children 11,8 yrs. From the begining a nice welcome at the lobby, fast accomodation, very helpfull staff on many questuons, not even connected wit the hitel itself. We were under an impression of service everywhere, from the frontdesk to restaurants and facilities, like SPA - which I recommend much, its a must - completing the while stay in this „paradiae like”place. Very large rooms, comfortable, cleaned every day, minibar filled daily, included. Food in restaurants - plenty of everything, tasty, niclely served. I recommend giant prawnes & lobster from a’la carte restaurants, delicious & pretty served. My kods had lot of food to choose, they tasted most of the dishes, nit only pasta & pizza, which are on a daily basis for demanding children ;) I would like to give special thanks to guys on boat booth and diving center, they made a good recomendatiins for facultitave trips, which I enjoyed the most. And do t forget about having a massage there, I will write it once more, worth definitelly. People of Mauritius - you are amazing and you do magnificent job there, not spotyed elsewhere.
