Começando pelos pontos positivos, o hotel tem uma localização muito boa. Próximo da marina de vilamoura e com muitos serviços próximos. Nos pontos negativos, para além do apartamento precisar de uma remodelação e o cheiro intenso a fossa do WC, o atendimento não foi bom. Pedimos para fazer um late checkout, o que nos foi dito que era impossível. Depois de nos oferecermos para pagar, caso fosse necessário, já nos foi dito que era possível. O valor cobrado, para checkout às 16h00 foi o valor total da noite. Algo absurdo e incompreensível, estando nós em época baixa e estando o hotel praticamente vazio. Não houve qualquer atenção ou desconto, nem simpatia em toda a interação. Uma má experiência sobretudo por esse motivo.

Resteront,bar were closed .Construction work noise all day. booked 3 days, on last made complaint and asked for refund. They said they could no.jave a refund as it was a third party I used. Called yourselves and your reply from the hotel was they did not log my complaint so cannot give me a refund. In the T and Cs or at any time there was no mention of the problems above.POOR POOR POOR.

Free parking behind the hotel, enter the car park next to the McDonald's drive through. Limited spaces. Parking on the pavement will get you a €30 fine. Walking distance to the marina, beach and plenty of restraunts, pubs and some supermarkets. Kitchen in the apartment is an induction cooker, microwave and a kettle. Some cutlery and cooking utensils provided. Buffet breakfast is some cold cuts, cheese, sliced oranges, melons and kiwi fruit, yoghurt, cereals, scrambled, sunny Side up and boiled eggs. Baked beans, saugages, bacon mushrooms and roasted tomato with cheese. Portugese egg tarts, raisin danishes, chocolate rolls, apple turnovers. White bread, wholemeal bread, croissants and some rolls with butter and some jams available. 3 Small lifts they can fit 2 persons with suitcases. Lighting mostly adequate in the rooms amd living area except for the bathroom which was too dark. Nice balcony area. In the evenings, it was cooler to open the doors than rely on the air conditioner.

Good Hotel The location of the Luna Olympus is great almost on the marina, I booked a marina view and it was amazing. Yes there is a bar at the bottom which stays open until the early hours and has unsavoury women in it but it doesn't have anything to do with the hotel. The things that stops this place from being a true 4* is they don't change the bedroom towels everyday and the area around the pool needs to be paved not grass as it gets worn and muddy if it rains, but I would definitely go back.

Great stay, would stay again. Great hotel, stayed twice now, clean and the people that work there are lovely, we blew a fuse using the kettle, sorted and new kettle in 10mins. Accommodated us when asked for a cot and a room at the back for pool view and quieter room for young child. No issues, some reviews mention the bar downstairs- didn’t hear a thing. Quiet and one of the best locations for the Marina, 5min walk to the beach. Pictures aren’t great but didn’t take many of the room.

Excellent location. Really clean and spacious Excellent location. Great views of Marina. Very clean, basic, spacious. A little noisy from bars downstairs, you must close doors when sleeping. Ok for us as it was September not sure about hotter months. Good breakfast. Pool needs some TLC, it’s small given size of hotel but did the job. Overall I’d recommend it for a friends trip and will visit again for sure
