Sinam Desert Resort

ago I love the cooperation attitude form the camp manger and the staff, we had a great experience with them. The arrangement was planned a head , the room are so cozy and relaxing. The shared area was great. The DJ was responsive. ..............

Sinam camp is broken and dirty as you can see by the pictures and it is unfit for tourists. Last week I traveled to Jordan with the luxury JEEP tour group It is a 5 stars trip – So I ordered the bubbles in Sinam luxury camp panoramic tents We paid the double price of the regular camp we used to sleep there (RUM MAJIC) and we arrived on 18/5/23 evening to the camp (25 people with 13 cars). The very first moment, we entered we saw full sheets of dogs in front of the dining room Then we went to the bubble tents and I never saw a thing like that! The tents were broken and dirty and smelled so bad as something that humans cannot be inside!! Some beds were wet from the air-conditioning water Some beds were so dirty they have a few drops of blood stain on it (attached pictures) The windows of the bubble were all broken and fixed by sellotape, the bathrooms are broken, dirty and the smell so bad, the water can’t go down and make all the room full of water. My group asked me the leave Jordan at the moment! I was never cheated by anyone like that!

بيئه هادئه تدعو الى الاستجمام و يوجد الكثير من الالعاب والنشاطات ومكان جدا نظيف والاكل جدا زاكي والخدمه ممتازه وعندهم العاب حلوه مثل البحث عن الكنز و paintball و ziplain وكتير العاب و الاكل جد زاكي وفي عندهم كمان ركوب خيل وجمال وفي عندهم سهرات حلوه 😍

The resort is really nice staff treatment was amazing 👏🏻 well done all built which something new and unique in Wadi Rum Rooms Clean and Brand New Food and Beverage is amazing they even have alcohol in it highly recommended place saw all the rooms loved the tent room very much even though I got the upgrade for bubble both amazing still

I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. we went to this camp for our yearly vacation based on what we saw on their Facebook page. we hoped for great experience but our Hope's went down as we arrived. Stray dogs and cats everywhere and one of our kids got attacked by one of the dogs. service was so slow at the front disc.Rooms were not ready to receive any guests. At breakfast the food was exposed and decorated by thousands of flys; a couple of my family got the night we went home. The place was more than gross .. the bubbles are too small to fit beds. By the way make sure not to have food with you that might get spoiled because their are no fridges in the rooms. bathroom floors were extremely dirty the toilet seat was broken I ordered a bottle of water at 9:30 in the morning the guy who had the key was asleep and he had to open it with a knife and break the lock. DO NOT believe anything you see on this CAMP FACEBOOK page!!

Rooms were really niccce, professional staff and fast service! Definitely recommend . Food is really amazing and the party was stunning. I came here with my friends from Italy and Sweden and it felt like were home
