The hotel itself is good. The staff is friendly. But the location is not the most convenient for exploring on foot. If you rely on Didi, it's a good choice.

It was a good hotel, although the staff couldn't talk English at all, it was near train station

It’s not a bad hotel, but like a lot of hotels in the Accor franchise in China, lots of room for improvement. Positives:- Fairly varied western offering for breakfast Staff could be very helpful at times Comfy beds and room amenities Great daily housekeeping Negatives: No English speaking staff at all or WeChat service Shower rain shower function didn’t work Hotel is surrounded and hemmed in by residential buildings so not enough natural light and the only view is other buildings directly opposite Cheap, dysfunctional coffee machine at breakfast Trip did not notify the hotel that my breakfast was included First conversation at check-in is “your passport” - could be more welcoming

Room too small but the hotel very well located to the Railway Station, maybe best choice arround but there is nothing else, even to eat and the hotel also do not have even restaurant or room service.

This is the most reasonable place to stay in Qingdao for quick business trip. Very nice staff and always impressed whenever I return. Guo Huan is excellent manager and I always come back here because I know I’ll have comfortable stay for great price!

Clean and friendly staff. Staff named 小王 was incredibly nice to us. Great location. Room has fridge.

New hotel with all the good facilities. Hotel staff is very helpful. Close to Railway Station. Recommended.

Good place to stay for business trip.

My stay here was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, my room large and tastefully decorated, and the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I could not connect to the wifi at all, although this was not a big problem because I stayed only one night.

Overall a great stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless and cleaned well every day. I found the pillows too firm, so it would have been nice to have softer ones as an option. Also, the gym could use some weights in addition to the cardio machines. I’d recommend the hotel, especially if you’re looking for something close to the railway station.

Convenient location next to the station and the old town. Stuff was very friendly and attentive. cleanliness of the room and condition of some items could be better - sheets, curtains and a chair had holes in them.

Check in was easy and the room was very comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
