Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Sharm "Aqua Park"

Öncelikle otel çok güzel temizlik,deniz, havuzlar inanılmaz güzel. Denizde ger türlü balığı görüyorsunuz. Cocuklar için sıcak havuzları var. Temizlik konusunda çok fazla iyiler . Restoranlar yeterli bence yiyecek içecek bir şeyler buluyorsunuz. Restauranta çalışan Mohammed Ali , Ahmed Yahia , Ahmed Essam hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Özel olarak her gün bizimle ilgilendiler. Animosyon Ekibi mükemmel cok arkadaş canlısı bir ekip Ayrıca onlarada teşekkür ederim. Tabiki herşey dört dörtlük değil fakat aileniz ile gidebileceğiniz en güzel hotel bence. We stayed here for 2 weeks in March. Requested a quieter room as we had no children with us which was exactly what we got and pool view. The room was spacious and a huge bed with a single bed. The gentleman on the front desk John Gerge’s was very helpful with all of our needs. The room was cleaned every day spotlessly and our house keeper surprised us quite a few times with beautiful towel features. There were plenty of pools for children of all ages and also quiet pools that we could enjoy. The beach was lovely and clean with a long gondola which we could snorkel off the sides and end seeing the most beautiful fish. There were plenty of bean bands and sun beds to use. The beach bartender Maged Salal looked after us well serving us drinks and bringing them to us during the day. The restaurants were spotless.!You could wander through the different themed restaurants and choose a variety of food which was yummy. The service was amazing. There were different bars to choose from where you could sit inside and out. Day and night. We used the taxis from the hotel when went out to Soho square which was a must and to the Hard Rock Cafe. We went on 1 trip to the White Island. The boat and crew were fantastic. Brilliant snorkelling. But the island itself wasn’t an island and a bit disappointing but the trip itself was good. The beach food restaurant nice. But it was the same food everyday. Could do with a bit more variety on different days there. The staff there were excellent and accommodating where possible. The entertainment was aimed at the children, so if you had kids with you, it was perfect. All the staff were eager to help and remembered your food and drinks preferences from day one. Visited this hotel in March 2024 with our two small children. Negatives: - No syrups in bars so no cocktails. - food is very repetitive - club mc snack bar isn't great, only one pizza put out at a time every 20 minutes. - evening restaurant is busy and quite often could not find a table. - finding a highchair with a tray at evening meal was hit or miss - evening restaurant is also very loud and chaotic - entertainment is repetitive, we saw the fire show 3 times during our 11 night stay - some cots are not sleep safe for babies, given folded up duvet as a mattress for baby until I requested a different cot - wrong information given out about entertainment and kids clubs - thought it was strange that there is a channel on the hotel room tv of the cctv of kids club - Spa, snorkelling and hairdressers will come round and repeatedly ask for your custom at the sunbed, ask lifeguard for a don't disturb sign. Positives - loads of pools to choose from, some heated - Good slides for kids - staff are friendly and will make an effort - foam party is good - room cleaned well - 1 free meal at a la carte White elephant which was lovely
