Yatak rahatti otelin bahcesi cevresi keyifli, bence otelin konumu da iyiydi. Sular ara ara kesiliyordu, odada tuhaf bi koku vardi, banyo/wc kapisi kapanmiyordu.

Stay was okay The resort itself is a good place but this does need a lot of work, the gardeners and security guards and reception workers are absolutely amazing and kind but we struggled to get our safe to work or open we called for maintenance and was told they will fix it but no one came and we were left waiting over 3 hours and still was never fixed

My stay at this hotel in October 2023 was an absolute nightmare that I would not wish upon anyone. What started as a relaxing beach vacation turned into a bureaucratic refund nightmare due to the hotel's blatant disregard for its guests. Upon checking in on October 8th, I was forced to abruptly cut my 9 night stay to just 1 night due to severely escalating conflicts in the region that posed safety risks. The hotel staff acknowedged the situation and agreed I should depart for my own safety, assuring me a refund for the 8 unused nights would be provided. However, after following all proper procedures with booking companies and supplying ample documentation to the hotel's management, they have completely ghosted me and refused to issue any refund whatsoever. Over $300 of my hard-earned money was essentially stolen from me. The sheer lack of professionalism, accountability and basic customer service from the Delta Sharm Resort management has been appalling. Dozens of emails and calls have gone completely unanswered and ignored. For a major resort property, this is unacceptable negligence. Unless you wish toGet scammed out of your money and dealt with in an unbelievably cavalier manner, I strongly caution anyone against booking this hotel. There are plenty of other properties in Sharm El Sheikh that I'm sure respect their guests more than being blatantly robbed by the Delta. Avoid this place at all costs!

Its a nice place with several apartments, restaurants, pools and shops. Unless you live there or visiting a friend it can be difficult to get in by car, by foot should be okay. You can park outside of it. Its busy, but its probably the "best place to stay" if you dont have a car and want to meet people. I would recommend it.
