🌴 Отзыв об отеле "Coral Sea WaterWorld 5*"🌊 Недавно вернулись из невероятного отдыха в Египте и хотим поделиться своими впечатлениями об отеле. Дорога от аэропорта до отеля занимает 15 минут, что является большим плюсом. Заселение в 14:00, но на ресепшен сразу предлагают заселить раньше за 30 долларов. Мы подарили администратору русскую шоколадку «Аленка» (где-то прочитала, что они очень любят наш шоколад, всего их взяли 10), и нас заселили без дополнительной платы в роскошный номер с видом на море 🌊 🏨 Номера: Номер, в котором мы жили, располагался на втором этаже, был просторным и чистым, с великолепным видом на море. Удобная кровать King Size, большой телевизор (2 русских канала), шкаф с ящиками и вешалками, просторный балкон и сушилка для вещей. Душевая: фен, зеркало, шампунь/гель для душа/лосьон для тела (ежедневно пополняли, неплохие). Уборка каждый день, полотенца на пляж оставляют в номере после обеда, обычные полотенца и постельное белье тоже меняют каждый день. 3 раза за 10 дней оставляли чаевые и шоколадку, а после обеда видели на кровати разные украшения из полотенец: цветы, змейку, журавлей, сердечко. Нашим друзьям сделали огромную обезьяну)) хороший кондиционер, но шумный. Часто от него уставала. 🍽️ Питание: Питание в отеле было на высшем уровне! Каждый день радовали разнообразием блюд - как местной египетской кухни, так и международных угощений. Ужины просто восхитительные! Креветки за 10 дней давали 3 раза. Ежедневно: курица, говядина, рыба, овощи гриль салаты. Арбузы, дыни, консервированные фрукты. Безумно вкусные сладости (С Турецкими не сравнить). Все виды пасты. Голодными точно не останетесь. Все вкусно. Алкоголь достойный, вино кисловато, но другие напитки неплохие. Особенно пиво))) бесплатно можно посетить Азиатский и Итальянский рестораны. После Азиатского остались голодными, В Итальянском нам очень понравилось все!) 🏖️ Пляж: Пляж находится всего в нескольких шагах от отеля. Чистый песок, теплое море и множество шезлонгов. Заход в море на глубину с понтона, но идти всего 2 минуты. Шагать с берега придется долго. Риф небогатый, но обязательно берите с собой маску, рыбки невероятной красоты прячутся под мостом, много крабиков. Левее от понтона есть красивый риф, заход с мелководья. 🥳 Развлечения: В отеле предлагали множество активностей: от водных видов спорта до вечерних шоу. Мы никогда не скучали! Мы участвовали во всех мероприятиях анимационной команды: водное поло, Йога, стрейтчинг, зумба, Олимпийские игры и тд. Команда анимации - супер. Особенно выделю Омера (который знает все языки мира), Зарину, Шанай. При отеле работает центр водных активностей Aqvarius (брали катание на банане и снорклинг на Рас-Мохаммеде). 5 минут от отеля есть рынок, мы покупали сувениры у соседнего отеля, так как там было значительно дешевле. Советую взять в такси и выехать в город, там есть магазин фиксированных цен. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Персонал: Отдельное спасибо дружелюбному персоналу, который всегда был готов помочь и сделать наш отдых комфортным

Maybe we went on a bad week, but our experience was hotel not bad, but the majority of the hotel guests seemed to be foul mouthed inconsiderate drunken yobs. We took solace on the very quiet beach all week to get away from the constant bad language and disgusting behaviour. Hotel spotless. Staff awesome, tho you couldn’t help feeling they were being awesome for tips. Good selection of food. Nice drinks. Comfy beds. Thick walls in the rooms meant you couldn’t hear the neighbours. Plenty of sun loungers. Wouldnt go back due to moronic guests

We’ve just returned from an incredible 14-day stay at Coral Sea Waterworld. The hotel is absolutely stunning – from the beautifully kept rooms and gardens to the clean, picturesque pool areas and the beach. However, what truly made our holiday special was the staff. Your team are an absolute credit to you. Their jobs are far from easy and, at times, they’re not given the appreciation they deserve. As an English person myself, I have to say I was disappointed by the behaviour of some fellow Brits – many seemed entitled and expected the staff to cater to their every whim. I witnessed people making a mess in the dining area, piling their plates with food only to waste it, and treating the staff like personal servants without offering a word of thanks or even a small tip. One returning family with white wristbands stood out in particular – they expected to be waited on hand and foot, as though they were the only guests in the hotel, and complained about everything. On a much more positive note, I’d like to give a special mention to Ahmed at the main pool bar. What a gem of a person! He made my family feel like royalty. He was attentive, friendly, and always remembered our drinks orders, which made it feel like a truly personal experience – despite the fact he was serving dozens of other guests at the same time. He works incredibly hard, and because of him, we’re already looking at dates to return. We did notice that when Ahmed wasn’t working that particular bar, the service wasn’t quite the same – still good, but noticeably slower and less efficient. Shania from the entertainment team is an absolute legend – she’s so enthusiastic and genuinely loves what she does. Her warmth and friendliness are natural and infectious. Omar is another star – even after his shift ended, he went above and beyond to help guests. All of the bar and hotel staff deserve high praise – they really are what makes this hotel stand out. As for the entertainment, it was a bit repetitive and not the best we’ve experienced, but we still enjoyed ourselves – holidays are, after all, what you make of them. The food was okay – not quite to my personal taste, but that’s probably just me being a bit fussy. All in all, a fantastic holiday, made memorable by some truly outstanding staff.

We checked into this hotel at 11 a.m. and were shocked by the terrible condition of the room: chairs infested with fleas, sheets stained with blood, and extremely dirty curtains. We immediately spoke to the manager to raise our concerns. He showed us another room, which was in an even worse condition. We decided to leave the hotel after just two hours, the time it took to find an alternative accommodation. To our surprise, the hotel is now trying to charge us for a full night — which is completely unacceptable given the state of the room. I will also be posting real photos of the room to let everyone see the reality. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The animation team was absolutely brilliant – always full of energy and made every activity so much fun for everyone. There was always something to do, and the entertainment was a real highlight of our trip. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated the towel art left by the housekeeping team each day – such a thoughtful and creative touch! Overall, the whole experience was amazing, and we’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-run place to stay. 😊

We arrived to coral sea on the 18th of June until 3rd of July! And what can I say the place was amazing, this was our first time coming to Egypt and can honestly say we will be returning to this hotel! Our cleaner emad hamdy was absolutely amazing! Always ensure we had water in the room clean towels and beach towels everyday, always come with a smile on his face, always came to the room in an evening to change our beach towels for the next day! Also always left us with amazing towel art! All inclusive was okay, food was very repetitive the Indian, curry and stone bake was okay but not the greatest! Also animation team was amazing, also put a smile on our faces when doing things with them if we ever needed help they was there especially zarisha and shanai they was great! Also want to say Ahmed who works at the pool bar in the day and main bar at night was absolutely amazing! No matter what no job was to big or to small! No matter what age young or old he would do anything for anyone around the pool! always seen him ran of his feet but was always coming with a smile on his face, the managers should be so proud and having an employee like Ahmed! We can’t wait to come back so we can come just to see his smile!
