From start to finish it was amazing plenty to do for all of the family , our room cleaner was amazing very friendly staff at all bars very happy to bring drinks and crisps plenty of entertainment for everyone the animation team where amazing , the hole family loved the water park only bad think about it is we had to come home xx

Really good location only 15 mins from airport, grounds are lovely and well kept, with great facilities. Room was spacious and nice idea to have sliding doors for kids partition felt they had own space. Rooms cleaned well and lovely towel art. Water park was really good we have paid to go to specialist water parks that aren’t as good, even at peak times no queues. Life guards run park well. Beach was ok not fine sand but good beds with shade and easy entry into water plus all inclusive continues on beach. Pools were nice, cold but refreshing given how hot it was. Sunbeds are readily available but lifeguards do keep certain ones for those that tip the most. Daytime entertainment patchy - foam party and pool parties were highlights, Georgia’s enthusiasm was probably best bit of animation. The rest was often them copying YouTube videos for how to do stretching etc. As most people say wifi even if paid extra very poor especially during the day plus you get kicked out as soon as you check out. Night time entertainment was terrible, normally someone spinning around and nothing to do with animation team. Food ok, always something to eat, mermaid food court best for both lunch and specialist dinners. 3 out of 4 of us did end up with 24hr tummy bugs. Feel having to pay for drinks that you get as part of all inclusive package including water in Indian and stone court a bit spiteful. Drinks ok as part of all inclusive package but no sparkling wine or Irish cream however wine and spirits drinkable and soft drinks were branded rather than syrup based. Drinks service by pool wasn’t great sometimes someone came over and asked what you wanted but then normally forgot to bring. When go to bar instead of just giving you your drink would often say bring over to your seat which if arrived was often minutes after you wanted drink and then expected tip. Most staff helpful but some if didn’t tip frequently enough would be quite moody. Other issue is all the staff are male and can be a bit letchy to females including young girls. Overall I can see why people do come back again as facilities really good and very convenient for airport but little things Let it down compared to other similar rated places.

I went to this hotel after swapping from another due to building works (probably a mistake). We had a great holiday but this was due to the excursions not the hotel. If we as a family spent 2 weeks here I would have wanted to come home early. Pros: Lovely grounds Clean pools One heated pool until mid April Lifeguards save sunbeds for a tip Got a free upgrade on room on request via email Free birthday cakes Towel art - only if you tip. Every single day. Beautiful private beach Private Jetty Variety of mocktails ( We don't drink ) Good waterpark - loads of rides but must be 1.2 metres. Very strict on that. Nice updated room. A couple of friendly staff who will remember your order before you sit down (for a tip) Cons Strict lifeguards - no jumping in pools. Have to stay in baby pool unless over 12 or with an adult regardless of height or swimming ability. No fun Freezing pools. Dire entertainment day and night. Worst food - expect to lose weight Illness - despite every measure taken we all got poorly from the hotel Some staff rude even with a tip and ignore women Random men taking pictures of kids and women (happened on our last day) Rip off gift shop in hotel Italian restaurant was inedible! Have to tip for everything but don't expect good service. Depends on the person. We had a fantastic holiday because we did so many excursions. A few rest days in the hotel were ok. The food was just so bad though! A few staff made it wonderful, a few made it horrible. Didn't feel safe enough to go to the beach alone to watch the sunrise. Average hotel. Better if you are male and don't mind awful food.

We’re currently staying at coral sea water world I can honestly say this hotel is amazing value for the money. The facilities are great, the whole place is clean and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is 10/10 and I don’t usually like all inclusive food. There is a lot of choice and the food tastes fresh, especially the meat and fish. If I was going to be picky I would say the only downfall is the fruit as it’s tinned but the melon and apples are fresh. The coffee is lovely, the wine is nice, and all soft drinks are actual sprite and Coca Cola branded. The staff are all friendly and happy to help. The kids animation team are all lovely and the kids really enjoyed the mini discos and pool party The beach is clean and the sea is really warm and clear. The hotel is situated on the beach. The water world part is again clean - could maybe do with some updating - and the life guards are very attentive across the whole hotel. They are strict with rules which is a good thing. We haven’t tried the al la carte restaurants as keep forgetting to book so make sure you’re organised as they fill up quickly. The hard rock hotel is close by walk for an evening out. The spa and staff are lovely- our massages and pedicure have been great. Over all we’ve had a lovely stay so far with our 6,6 and 2 year olds.

Coral Sea Water World was amazing the hotel was close to the airport and very well kept with 2 big pools and a water park. I don't normally go all inclusive but I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The staff were amazing and very helpful and polite. The animation team were awesome and really made the whole experience as we spent a lot of time in the resort there was always activities for us to get involved in. Yvonne a member of the animation team was expecially helpful and really friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family orientated holiday 👌

Just retuned from the coral sea waterworld, after an amazing weeks holiday. The hotel is fantastic and I couldn’t find any fault at all. This was a family holiday with husband and 2 daughters aged 19 and 8 and there was plenty for everyone to do. The animation team work exceptionally hard they are all fantastic, Georgia was brilliant she is absolutely fantastic with the guests, keeping you up to date with all the activities they have going on through out the day. We did morning stretches, water gym, Zumba Yoga, foam and pool party’s there is plenty of entertainment for all ages. The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff do a great job. Plenty of choice from the buffet restaurant, we also went to the Italian and Indian restaurant, both are really good and worth a visit. Water park is great for all ages. The life guards are great., just to advise they do not allow cotton style T-shirts in the pool, you will need a swim top or football style shirt to wear in the pool. I would definitely return to the hotel and would recommend to anyone.
