My first trip advisor review, after reading all the positive reviews on here I absolutely felt it was necessary for me to leave a review. I have just returned from this holiday and it was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in some questionable hotels! There was not one single thing about this hotel that I could say in a positive light, every single thing was just horrendous and with it being somewhere like Egypt and me being hesitant to leave the hotel, it’s quite important to stay somewhere that you don’t have to leave the complex. The rooms are so old and out dated, the tiles on the floor was all wobbly and falling apart, the showers was terrible even the furniture in the room was falling apart. The food was the worst I have ever seen in a hotel!! Honestly I don’t know how they even served this up and expected people to eat it. Even the fruit looked like swill they cut up some fruit in the morning put it in water and left it to go brown all day like a bucket of sick. I felt so awful for my 5 year old and 2 year old that they had to eat chips every single day. Every single possible way this hotel can manage to save a few pounds they have absolutely done so, at the expensive of everyone’s holiday. I was baffled reading some of the reviews on here saying how delicious the food was. I have never stayed somewhere and complained about anything before, even if the food has been quite bad. But this was just next level!! I must have lost half a stone just spending a week here and I’m really not fussy when it comes down to food. I don’t want to go on and on about every single facility this hotel has and how bad it was, but it really was horrific. Please do not book this hotel especially if you have younger children!! My previous visit to Sharm last year I stayed at coral sea holiday resort which was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend!! You cannot fault Egypt at all the weather is perfect every day (not unbearable) and the people are all so helpful!

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 Giorni sin dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti a casa, tutti sempre gentili e disponibili. In particolare l'animazione, capo animazione Ortiga molto simpatico e preparato, Denise al mini club fantastica con i bambini, Camilla ragazza italiana sempre pronta a aiutare, Mahmoud ci ha sempre strappato un sorriso! Tutti fantastici
