Plutôt pas mal dans l’ensemble juste l’emplacement il est pas trop avantageux

Не первый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, обед ужин вкусные, номер чистый, единственное,чего не хватает это пляжа на территории.

Тихо, спокойно, не много народа,вкусная кухня, анимация.

This hotel is is great value for money, it the fourth cheapest on any holiday site and To go from bed & breakfast to all inclusive is about £20 per week per person. So wen you read people moaning about the food it baffles me as 7 days breakfast lunch & dinner along with all drinks come on! Also if you get bored go and eat out, don’t just eat there as you’ve paid for it, you’ve paid pennies. McDonald next door £3 Big Mac meal, grill house across the road steak, chips and 2 side £10 or Shawarma (kebabs) down the really nice and fresh £5. The rooms are clean and tidy and the room cleaning staff are fantastic. The guys in the Restaraunt make your holiday and have become good friends as we there 3 times in the last 4 months including all over Christmas and new year and the way they laid everything out and the amount of food was outstanding. Ahmed the manager and Anna customer service lady are great, on our second stay we had a letter welcoming us back from them both. I can say that we would hear people moaning at Anna around the swimming pool and she was so professional, English people love to moan so hear my moan, shame about the rude Russian lady on the counter at the spa she’s cost the hotel a lot of money she’s not a people person and really needs replacing they would double there takings. In a nutshell great location, lovely staff, 4 different swimming pools, lovely gym on site however don’t expect the Ritz it’s 5 star in Egypt it’s not Dubai. I just want to thank all the Restaraunt staff, clean staff Hassan and all reception staff for making us return for 2 months all over Christmas and the new year was amazing, yes the food is a little bit repetitive but chef Smile will always try to give you something different if you ask.

Добрый день! Хочу поделится очередным отзывом на недельный отпуск в свой любимый отель IL Mercato. Была 8-й раз, потому что очень нравится отель, который похож на дворец. Номера, еда, отношение персонала - все очень хорошо! Понравился новый пляж Теразина, особенно в зимний период, когда ветрено и прохладно. Да, это городской отель, на пляж можно пройтись 12-15 минут, а так ездит автобус каждый час. На крыше отеля находится подогреваемый бассейн, в котором очень комфортно плавать и созерцать синайские горы и крыши домов. Отель находится в хорошей локации - есть где пройтись и купить фрукты или сувениры. Рядом Старый Город, что делает отель очень привлекательным! Мне все нравится, я думаю, что если могут возникнуть какие-то нюансы, но все быстро решается - все предельно внимательны. Персоналу большое спасибо! С удовольствием буду возвращаться снова!

I love this hotel, I have been several times over the years and I'm returning again in March 2025. The staff are amazing, so accommodating, always making sure you're looked after and have everything you need, even the general manager came to ensure my stay was going well. I just want to mention a couple of people that really stand out for excellence, who work hard and go above and beyond to ensure you're happy, Mostafa Sami, Mahmoud Saied, Mahmoud Ali and the restaurant manager Emad (apologies if I have misspelt a name). Can't wait to return and hope you're all there this time (don't be on leave ;-D ) Just a note to the general manager if you're reading this, I have emailed the hotel re my upcoming visit with some requests but have not received a response, please could you update me with the email so I can re-send it, thank you..Karan

The hotel is absolutely is fabulous, the staff are excellent, especially Mahmoud on reception , Mohammed and Mido and Mostafa in the bar area are fantastic xx The restaurant staff are also very kind and helpfull , the housekeeping man Abdul Hamid Al Hadi has also been very helpful and kind to us, we appreciate all they have done for us and continue to do for us xx

Just returned from a 7 night stay. Generally we had a great time. The staff are fantastic and will go out their way to help. The holiday was a budget cost so we weren’t expecting luxury. The hotel is a little tired in places and in need of updating. The black mould in the shower tiles is unacceptable. We had a balcony but it never had sun. It was all inclusive and the buffet style meals were average at best. The lunch bar on the roof served very nice burgers and hot dogs but that’s it. The alcoholic drinks are poor. Spa is very nice but comes at a price. We ate out 3 nights to have a break. Did one hotel arranged excursion to go snorkelling and a trip to White Island. Priced a £70 for two it was a total rip off. Basically no snorkelling and White Island at high tide so no island. Did complain but didn’t get anywhere until I checked out and bumped into the public liaison manager. She tried to offer extended checkout but we had already checked out. Would I go there again. No

Однозначно рекомендую отель, мы провели потрясающий отдых. Персонал супер вежливый и приятный. Погода тоже порадовала, удалось даже сгореть. С едой и напитками проблем не было, каждый сможет найти что-то для себя. Отдельное спасибо аниматорам. Очень харизматичные и общительные ребята. Все время проводят различные активности и точно не дадут заскучать! Dj особенно запал в сердце :) Однозначно рекомендую.

Отдыхали в отеле в середине января 2025. Отель понравился, но особенно приятным наш отдых сделали люди. Персонал дружелюбный, все, с кем мы общались, всегда помогали и поднимали настроение. Аниматоры тоже большие молодцы, устраивали разные активности, мы даже поучаствовали. Едой и баром остались вполне довольны. С погодой тоже повезло, купались и загорали. Но как уже писали люди, не забудьте взять с собой средство от комаров. С удовольствием бы вернулась в отель вновь.

الفندق جميل جدا ونظيف جدا وحالته ممتازة بجانب حسن الترحيب وجمال الغرف والشواطئ وحمامات السباحة وكل اللي في الفندق متعاون اتمني اكررها مرة أخرى ويقدمون كل ماهو جديد ورائع من اجل استمتاع النزلاء انا اقترح ان تجرب الفندق والنزول فيه بشكر كل من في الفندق على حسن تعاونكم معانا

كان الانترنت رائع و الفقرات في الروف ممتازه و الأجواء رائعه الطعام كان ممتاز من كل الأصناف و كان مميز و الخدمه هناك جيدا جدا في جميع أنحاء الفندق و أيضا الشاطئ كان جميل و اجواءه رائعه و نظيف و لكن المشكله الوحيده هو مفتاح الغرفه فقط كان لا يعمل في الاغلب ولكن في المجمل التجربه كانت رائعه و بالتأكيد سأكررها

It was perfect experience . the staff was very good and so helpful and friendly . All the places was very clean and organized the rooms very nice and clean , the restaurant has a high quality food and a nice variety , the animation team was so nice also they give the place a funny and interesting spirit.
