A great environment .Great gardens and beach areas. Friendly and polite staff in every area of the hotel .

Wij komen hier al 5 jaar maar dit jaar ontdekten we toch dat er wat veranderd is op gebied van service . Er is eigenlijk nergens nog een consistentie bv je hamburger in het fayrous restaurant is vandaag heel lekker en de dag erna zit er een ander soort vlees tussen . Alcohol met name wijn en bier en zeker cava is sterk geminderd van hoeveelheid in je glas . Soms zelfs zo weinig dat ik dit zelf niet zou willen wegbrengen . De coctails een margarita is vandaag lekker en morgen moet je deze terug geven door een totaal andere smaak .Voor de mensen die niet all in hebben is dat zeker niet leuk . De Spa wordt steeds duurder ( veel meer dan in België ) en de mensen die er werken zijn steeds minder ervaren . Het blijft wel aangenaam vertoeven in dit hotel dus wij hopen op verandering .

Потрясающий отель. Все очень понравилось . Персонал замечательный , все очень дружелюбные, всегда помогут, если нужно. Очень понравилась анимация. Ребята классные, активные. Особенно понравилась Любица. Были на всех ее активностях. Спасибо отелю и анимации за классный отдых♥️

"We chose the Steigenberger hotel, hoping for a high level of service and comfort, but Coraya Beach, unfortunately, disappointed us. We expected much more for this money. Location: Yes, the hotel is in the beautiful Coraya Bay and the corals are really impressive. However, this is his only plus. There is nothing around the hotel except the desert. If you want to get out somewhere, you'll have to take a taxi or a tour. Room: The room was clean, but obviously needed repair. The furniture is old, the plumbing in the bathroom is shabby. There were always some minor breakdowns: sometimes the shower doesn't work, sometimes the lock gets. The sound insulation is terrible, you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and the corridor. Service: The service leaves much to be desired. The staff is not always friendly and helpful. Waiters in the restaurant often ignore requests, and at the reception you have to wait a long time for a solution to the problem. It feels like the staff is tired and uninterested in their work. Food: The food in the restaurant is monotonous and tasteless. The selection of dishes is small, everything is kind of fresh and tasteless. Meat is often overdried, and seafood is clearly not the first freshness. It's not thick with fruits and desserts either. Pools and beach: The pools are clean, but very small. There are always not enough sunbeds, you have to occupy them in the morning. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is rocky, you need special shoes. Corals are beautiful, but there are a lot of people, it's hard to swim normally with a mask. Animation: Animation in the hotel leaves much to be desired. The animation team is trying, but the programs are boring and monotonous. During the day they offer some sluggish aqua aerobics and volleyball classes, and in the evening they show amateur shows that cause more laughter than interest. It feels like animators work without enthusiasm and with a minimum budget. In general, if you are looking for outdoor activities and entertainment, then this is definitely not the place for you. Internet: Wi-Fi in the hotel works very poorly. It falls off all the time and is very slow. In general, Steigenberger Coraya Beach did not meet our expectations. The hotel needs repair and service improvement. If you want to enjoy your vacation in Egypt, it is better to choose another hotel. I don't recommend it."

Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Steigenberger Coraya und war sehr sehr zufrieden.die Küche war sehr gut.man konnte auch als carte im Steigenberger Alaya speisen.sehr schöne Zimmer und die gesamte Mitarbeiter waren sehr gut geschult und sehr freundlich.ich komme wieder

Отель очень понравился, хорошее расположение, риф очень красивый. Персонал был любезен. Так же аниматоры очень приятные были, особенно живая музыка понравилась. Но нас оттолкнул аниматор Кристина, она вечно была недовольная, редко улыбалась и так же оскорбляла русскоговорящих людей
