Gemma Resort

I went to Gemma resort for second time this year because last year I enjoyed it very well. Everyone was very friendly here especially the barman, i wanted to thank Mahmoud because he took care of us last year at bar Maia and he was wonderfull, he was funny and friendly , i had stomach problems and he made me some special tea that helped me , he really likes his job and everyone can see it , even when it’s hard he smiles at everyone and always makes jokes and makes people laugh, he also makes amazing drinks especially mojito. I missed him at bar Maia this year. I like everything about Gemma resort, every person you met there is amazing, helpful, takes care of you and is there for you. So the stuff at Gemma is amazing. The food is also really great i think that everyone will find what he’s looking for. From pizza to pasta to meat, desserts, fruit, vegetable everything. Even when youre not feeling well you will find something to eat. We always spent time at the upper relax pool and the lifeguards really take care of the realx zone, they doesnt let the kids in, they doesnt let people throwing with ball there etc. so people can really enjoy the piece and calm atmosphere. At night there is always some program for example amazing fire show prom Sosta, amazing kids program for the little ones and many other, every night you will be entertained by animators who do amazing job! I also loved how people take care of cleaning our room and made funny animals from towels it was always highlight of my day!!

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms and the entire property were spotless, and the staff was very friendly, always helpful and smiling. A special mention goes to the animator Momo – full of energy, dedication, and great ideas. He managed to entertain both kids and adults, creating an amazing atmosphere. Definitely the best of the best! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted! The entertainers were just great: very cheerful, sincere, and attentive, they filled every day with positivity and energy. The staff was top-notch—always smiling, ready to help, and creating a feeling of true comfort. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and well-kept, everything is clean and tidy. The food is varied and delicious — there is always something to choose from. The sea is simply incredible: clean, beautiful, with easy access and wonderful views. There was also plenty of entertainment, so you will never be bored. A special thank you to Karolina ❤️ – she always helped to resolve any issues, told us everything about the hotel, and was an incredibly sincere and positive person. It is thanks to people like her that a vacation becomes special! We also thank the waiters for their attentiveness, care, and pleasant attitude towards guests. We will definitely be back!
