酒店不錯,主打的實惠便宜,午餐和晚飯需要額外收費。周圍打車需要找酒店前台預訂,出門25美元…晚上還有簡易的活動。

渡假日酒店,沒見到亞州人,離赫爾哥達駕車延紅海沙漠路南行200多公里,跟團遊客難以到達,四阾不靠沙漠酒店,環境好,地形車沙漠探險,潛水等水上項目,包三餐吃的比較好的渡假日酒店適合3天以上,推薦入住體驗。

一家很美的酒店,房間比較寬敞,陽台景色很美,酒店的海域非常適合潛水,餐廳的甜品很美味,最好吃的是現烤的烤餅,味道太棒啦,總的來説值得推薦

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni indimenticabili in questo hotel e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Le camere erano spaziosissime, sempre pulite e curate nei minimi dettagli, davvero un comfort eccezionale. Tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza con un sorriso. Un ringraziamento speciale va al bagnino della piscina accanto al blocco 33, una persona alla mano, sempre presente e di una disponibilità rara: ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati. Abbiamo inoltre prenotato le nostre escursioni direttamente tramite le persone che collaborano con l’hotel (appoggiate alla reception dell’Hilton) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutti sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno permesso di vivere esperienze uniche, tra cui un’indimenticabile escursione di due giorni a Luxor. In particolare desideriamo ringraziare il signor Fox, una persona eccezionale: sempre disponibile, attento e pronto a darci una mano in tutto. Grazie a lui abbiamo avuto anche l’occasione di trascorrere due giorni a Luxor, con trattamento completo (hotel, pranzo, cena e colazione inclusi), un’esperienza che non dimenticheremo mai. Hotel confortevole in tutto, le camere spaziose, cucina varia, personale gentilissimo, la barriera corallina qui è veramente bella, colorata, tantissimi pesci, murena, tartarughe, pesci leone, pagliaccio, etc. È la seconda volta che veniamo qui perché si sta bene e lo snorkeling è veramente bello

Per il secondo anno siamo tornati in questo meraviglioso resort. Il servizio è eccellente, struttura molto bella, pulita e funzionale. Tutto il personale è sempre cortese e sorridente, pronto ad essere di supporto in qualunque situazione. Abbiamo fatto l’escursione a Luxor con Fox, ci ha seguito dall’inizio alla fine offrendoci un servizio privato eccellente. È stato gentilissimo e molto professionale .

We went to this hotel hoping for a great vacation, especially since it's called the Hilton. However, due to the property's technical and sanitary condition, our vacation was ruined, and our health suffered. From the very first days of our stay, we were infected with some kind of bacteria, and two days after returning, we all still have diarrhea and painful abdominal cramps, and it doesn't seem to be going away. This isn't traveler's diarrhea, but something worse. Most of the people we met at the hotel had the same symptoms of a bacterial infection, often with fever. The food was terrible. There were no typical main courses. The meats were undercooked, unseasoned, and tasteless—inedible. They were some kind of mashed-up vegetable soup that no one eats. They were boiled, something resembling peas, overcooked mush of unknown origin and flavor. Boiled, or rather, overcooked fish—who eats boiled fish? The potatoes and pasta were hard and undercooked. The eggplant was practically burnt, and the fries were usually soft. The juices were watered down. The cold cuts, or rather, luncheon meats, processed like mortadella—inedible. The yellow cheeses with dried, translucent edges—you could tell they were old. Everything was tasteless. The desserts were nicely presented, arranged on small plates, but you could tell they weren't fresh. The cakes were hard, and some of the cookies were downright stale; they all tasted the same. Instead of focusing on arranging these dessert portions on small plates, the pastry chefs would have done better to focus on making the desserts fresh and tasty. The breads and rolls—everything was hard. The soups were like a slush—inedible. The only fresh breads were the ones the lady baked in the oven outside. The waiters were supposedly smiling, but they never gave up their seats for you as they walked. The waiters also served drinks in the main restaurant, but why would they? It would be better if the dispensers were accessible to everyone, including those for beer and wine. Instead of waiters serving drinks, there were no servers to clear dirty plates from the tables, as the dirty plates waited a long time for someone to take care of them. It was a complete disaster that waiters approached tables and tried to convince people to buy juices. I don't even want to write about the dirty cups, plates, and cutlery. The beach bar is also a weak point of the hotel. I almost don't want to write about it. The choices were undercooked beef or half-raw spaghetti, pizza, and soft fries. The worst were those reusable navy blue cups that were only briefly washed in dirty water. What hotel does that these days?! All hotels use disposable paper cups. We generally left hungry, with stomach aches and diarrhea. The lobby and bars lack a cocktail menu, which is included in the all-inclusive package. How are people supposed to know what to order? They seem to be doing this on purpose to get people to order paid drinks, because a paid cocktail menu is ava

Third visit to this hotel and first since 2013 and have to say the hotel and grounds are just as beautiful and cared for as our fist visit in 2012 (when the hotel opened). Lovely staff, good dining options and all in all a fantastic Easter break. Will definitely return again to this wonderful hotel.

Pobyt w tym hotelu to była czysta przyjemność! Kuchnia – absolutny majstersztyk! Bardzo urozmaicona, codziennie coś innego, a owoce morza pojawiają się w menu naprawdę często. Dodatkowo codziennie inna tematyczna kolacja – od kuchni włoskiej, przez orientalną, po egipską – zawsze świeżo, smacznie i pięknie podane. Obsługa restauracji i całego hotelu jest niezwykle miła i zaangażowana – co najmniej raz dziennie ktoś podchodzi, pyta o wrażenia i robi prawdziwy „wywiad”, czy na pewno wszystko jest w porządku. Hotel jest bardzo zadbany. Pokoje czyściutkie, a obsługa pokoi przemiła i pomocna. Plaża oddalona jest ok. 800 metrów, ale kursuje tam klimatyczna kolejka co 20 minut, więc dojazd jest szybki i przyjemny. Samą plażę otaczają piękne rafy koralowe pełne kolorowych ryb, a szczęściarze – tak jak my – mogą spotkać żółwie! Podczas pobytu wybraliśmy się także na wycieczkę do Luksoru zorganizowaną przez biuro Fox, dostępne w hotelu – zdecydowanie warto! Dolina Królów z kryptami zrobiła na nas ogromne wrażenie. Z kolei przewodnik Hamdy to prawdziwy fenomen – perfekcyjny polski opanowany w zaledwie 4 miesiące (MISTRZ!) i ogromna wiedza o Egipcie… i Polsce . Z całego serca polecam!

Voyage en famille. Hotel au top, très classe. Personnel au petits soins, hôtel très propre, nourriture formidable, du choix dans le buffet a volonté, plus les 3 restaurants dans l'hôtel a faire. Piscine RAS, et ambiance parfaite. Un gros big up au maître nageur "ZIZOU" Zizou numéro one !!!! Bruno
