Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und gepflegt. Die Bedienung ist auch ausgezeichnet. Die Kellner sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Bedienung von Mahmoud Halim war auf dem höchsten Niveau. Ich empfehle das Hotel mit voller Ueberzeugung.

I was there on New Year’s Eve. It was amazing experience. Everything was prepared for the night. We even got some hats for New Year’s Eve. Apart from that the service is really good. They always try to make sure that everything is okay and always polite to their guests. We had amazing waiter - Mahmoud Halim - he make sure that everything okay and was very nice to us. We had also trip and we arrived late after dinner. To our surprise we could eat dinner even though it was past 11 pm. The hotel service and service of Mahmoud Halim was on the top level. I was satisfied with the level of service in this hotel.

Good calm energy of a place, family oriented. Good spa. Fresh food and generally friendly staff. We were without kids so we dont use activities programme at all. For me this dont need to exist but can be interesting for some. Beautifull view on sea and mountains, sunsets, nice warm pool. We Were not informed on time about ala carte restaurants … where they are and how to book so we dont use it at all. Everything was booked. Cleaners do good job. I will add better information in one place about spa, how to book table, trips. It was not clear for me maybe because we arrived at night. Most hotels have it on tv, app or printed in a Room.

Our Christmas and New Year's Eve stay in hotely was simply wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, especially appreciated by those who appreciate modern design. The beautiful surroundings of the hotel, pools, gardens and proximity to the beach are an added bonus. There is also a walking path along the sea, you can enjoy beautiful views. Also amazing are the beautiful coral reefs. But the amazing atmosphere is created by the people - the staff who take care of every detail, smiling, friendly, and at the same time tactful, not intrusive. Everyone will feel taken care of here and even pampered. People who value peace, in turn, will also find it here. We had a wonderful rest here! So I highly recommend this hotel. And the New Year's Eve dinner and subsequent performances were simply wonderful - we will definitely return next year.

Great stay, very good food, beautiful area, warm water in the pool - friendly service, very cheerful and funny. New Year's Eve was very well organized - very helpful waiters - especially. I really recommend this hotel. The chef is a true Master ❤️

Anlage super gepflegt. Zimmer sehr gut und alles in gutem Zustand. Essen auch sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Und der Mann für Koffer und Schlüssel Herr Yasser ist Mega sympathisch. Pool ist war die ganze Zeit auf herrliche 29 Grad beheizt. Perfekt für Kinder

Alles Super!! lage & Personal! Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt! Sehr Kinderfreundlich!! Soliman Bar Manager ist immer hilfsbereit und super freundlich 👍👍 Auch das restliche Personal ( Ali & Ahmed) ist einfach super !! Kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

Excelent hotel and service (especially in lobby, special thanks to Sayed and Hamdi for extraordinary service, and lovely cocktails). Only entertainment team is a little annoying Especially when You want to rest and they are asking 20times a day!

Hotel was truly amazing, all the Staff members were super nice, however special THANK YOU to Sayed and Hamdi from the lobby bar for an exceptional service and delicious coctails! The bartenders and servers at the pool bar and roof bar were great as well! Thank you!
