This was a truly perfect holiday. Honestly. After so many years of traveling to different places, I thought nothing could surprise me anymore. But Marsa Alam and Swisstouch managed to raise the bar higher than ever before. Let’s start with the first impression – the hotel is spacious but feels intimate. So much greenery, everything is spotless and peaceful. You can feel the care put into every detail. And most importantly – the people. From the reception to the gardeners, everyone is friendly, warm, and helpful without being overbearing. The rooms? Spotless, airy, and fresh. Comfortable beds, perfectly working AC, daily cleaning, and thoughtful touches. I truly felt like a welcomed guest, not just another number. The food? Let me be honest – I really didn’t plan to have dessert every day… and yet here we are. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. I’m still thinking about that pizza from the oven… and the date cake? Dangerously good. The beach is wide, clean, and peaceful. The sea is warm and clear, with colorful fish all around the reef. The lifeguards and beach staff are attentive and kind – always nearby if you need anything, but never intrusive. It made me feel relaxed and safe, which, as a mum, matters more than any all-inclusive

Überwiegend osteuropäische und russische Sauftouristen, Hotel abgewohnt und schmutzig. Essen grauenhaft. Im Restaurant nisten Spatzen, die sich munter am Buffet bedienen und alles vollkacken, draußen klauen einem Raben das Essen vom Teller. Es gibt wilde Füchse, die nachts durch die Anlage laufen und außerdem Katzen und mindestens einen großen streunenden Hund

Spettacolare, mustafa numero uno e in quanto ad escursioni tuffo il Personale presente ed efficiente al 100%. Ragazzi sempre pronti ad ogni tipo di esigenza, per non parlare del mare che è semplicemente wow. Le escursioni sono tutte perfettamente organizzate, ogni escursione trasmette qualcosa di unico che si può vivere solo in questo bellissimo paese. Reception molto professionale e disponibile

Sono stato in questo resort a maggio 2025. È stata un esperienza fantastica! Ottimo resort! Struttura immensa e piena di attività e soprattutto fronte mare. Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Io e i miei amici facciamo un ringraziamento speciale a Mustafa, animatore del villaggio, che ha reso indimenticabile questa vacanza.
