Sentido Akassia Beach

Sto tornado da una settimana al Sentido Akassia Resort di El Qusair. Struttura bellissima, camera spaziosa e bagno rinnovato. Spiaggia stupenda con un bel pontile per l’accesso al mare. Lo staff in generale è gentilissimo disponibile e cordiale dalla reception ai giardineri vi saluteranno sempre con un bel sorriso. Un particolare ringraziamento a Ali e Mohamed che abbiamo trovato al bar della reception dove prendevamo un buonissimo espresso ristretto. La vera sorpresa è stata trovare un cuoco locale addetto alla pasta che sapeva come fare la pasta! Cosa non scontata in un resort internazionale, per questo ci tengo a sottolineare la bravura di Mohamed! Bellissimo e ben gestito anche il parco acquatico!

As our family’s stay at Sentido Akassia comes to an end, I’m relaxing on a sunbed and taking a moment to share our experience. Rooms: We had a family room, and an additional double room for the grandmother. Both were very spacious, cleaned thoroughly each day, with bottled water and soft drinks replenished daily. The bathrooms were large and comfortable. A well-deserved 5/5. Resort Grounds: Beautifully maintained gardens, especially charming when lit up at night. The gardeners are the unsung heroes of this place. 5/5 Beach: The lagoon carved into the coral reef is perfect for kids—safe, shallow, and full of fish. The reef wall by the jetty is stunning for snorkeling, though we did have a few red-flag days. 5/5 Pools: There are three large pools, including one for adults. However, here’s the one big downside: sunbed reservation abuse. Many guests were reserving beds early in the morning without using them for hours. (Check one of my photos taken around noon—beds “taken” but umbrellas still closed and unused.) Pool staff should manage this better. How are beds even being reserved before the towel center opens? 4/5 Food: If you're expecting Michelin-star dining at an all-inclusive resort, that’s on you. The food was good, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. You won’t go hungry here. Fresh pizza and snacks available between meals were a nice touch. 5/5 Hotel Staff: Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk and bartenders to cleaners and gardeners—was kind, professional, and attentive. Truly great service. 5/5 Animation Team: Unfortunately, this was the weak link of our stay. Activities were poorly communicated. There was no music or dancing at the kids’ pool—some music played yesterday, but nothing today. No organized games or energy around the pools. The Roman theatre shows were average, but the venue itself felt lifeless and disconnected from the rest of the resort. It would be better to organize evening events closer to the hotel. We did enjoy the pool party, but even that felt half-hearted—the animation team barely interacted with guests, mostly playing among themselves. Some actions (like flipping floaters with kids near the pool edge) felt unsafe. Sadly, this was the weakest animation team we’ve seen in any hotel we’ve stayed at, and a major reason we’re giving an overall 4-star review. 1/5

Tout d’abord je voudrais remercier le personnel de cet hôtel qui est vraiment aimable. Point fort les nombreuses piscines à proximité de chaque complexe de chambres qui permet de ne jamais avoir trop de monde autour des piscines. Autre point fort la cuisine qui très diversifiée et de très bon goût. Les restaurants à la carte sont aussi très bon. Nous n’avons pas fait d’activités car nous n’étions pas intéressés mais les prix paraissent correct. Contrairement à d’autres avis nous n’avons pas été souvent démarchés pour faire ces activités et ne sont pas insistant simplement leur dire poliment que vous n’êtes intéressé et cela en reste là. Les chambres sont d’un très grand confort et le personnel de chambres et toujours à votre écoute afin que vous ne manquiez de rien. Un point faible le réseau WIFI qui pourrait être améliorer. Wspaniały hotel, czysty (może dzięki temu ominęła na zemsta faraona),zadbany pośród pięknej zieleni, wieczorem ogród wygląda niesamowicie 😊. Spędziliśmy cudowny tydzień, jedzenie pyszne, różnorodne, Panowie od pizzy, makaronów, omletów jedzenie robią przepyszne😄cała obsługa miła i pomocna szczególnie Aladin na obiadach i w restauracji egipskiej😊, cudowna ekipa w barze przy plaży pozdrawiamy Bemoa i Michaela😄 w hotelu jest niesamowita cisza i spokój, nam to akurat bardzo odpowiadało 😊polecamy pokoje z widokiem na morze lub z bocznym widokiem na morze. WiFi działa w całym hotelu. Hotel cudowny napewno wrócimy 😊😊😊

I live in England and came to spend the vacation with my Family It was nice vacation and acceptable services . But someone called Hamed he calls himself a manager( I don’t really think so) he is really deficient of the professionalism. He spoke with us with aloud voice and very rude way. I was planning to come again and again to the same hotel every time I visit Egypt, But unfortunately He ruined my holiday.

Il resort e' in stile arabeggiante con piccole costruzioni a un piano dall aspetto curato. La nostra camera era vista mare con grande balcone vivibile era molto accogliente e spaziosa con bagno grande. Il mare e la spiaggia sono molto vicini e godibili, anche il pontile da cui scendere in acqua x ammirare la fantastica barriera corallina!! Si mangia di tutto e a tutte le ore con grandissima varietà di alimenti x tutti i gusti. Abbiamo apprezzato la spremuta d arancia a colazione, il pesce e i granchi marinati e grigliati al momento, le varie verdure cotte(noi abbiamo evitato per prudenza quelle crude) e alcuni piatti tipici egiziani e anche la birra. Tutto il personale e'gentile e molto disponibile. Molti turisti stranieri europei con bambini piccoli. La nostra prima esperienza sul mar Rosso è stata molto positiva!
