Tui Magic Life Kalawy

We only arrived today at 3pm, however it was an absolutely wonderful time, largely due to the warm, attentive, and genuinely cheerful staff. From the first moment we were greeted with bright smiles and a level of hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. Every team member I interacted with—starting from Mr. Mohamed Metwally at the time of reservation until arriving to the reception, housekeeping, or the dining area, swimming pool—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their positive energy and eagerness to help truly stood out, turning a few hours stay into an excellent experience, clearly a reflection of strong leadership whose attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our stay. Their ability to run such a smooth operation while fostering a welcoming, guest-first atmosphere is commendable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the staff’s kindness and professionalism that is making all the difference. Thank you for such a delightful first day :)

We had great 9 days in Magic Live Kalawy: snorkeling, diving, sport courses, great food and relaxing days in the sun. Our youngest daughter enjoyed the Mymo Maxi-Club - as always with Tui Magic Live a great team taking care about our kids. She enjoyed it! Both our girls also completed a windsurfing course, my son and I enjoyed the scuba diving opportunities directly at the great house-reef - a lot of fishes, great view, wonderful experience. To summarize: we already booked for the Easter holidays 2026 :-)

Beautiful sea view room .Block 19 Food,cleanliness absolutely spot on. The gardens were stunning. Couldn't fault this hotel. So much to do or just pure relaxation, everything you could possibly need. The staff are incredible and really make this place even more special. Have to mention the most knowledgeable friendly and helpful Mokhtar the life guard on the pier. He takes his job very seriously and watches everyone closely when they are snorkeling. The security guard on the Pier Ebraham always had a smile too. For beach service Karim was amazing, so welcoming and happy. Many of the cats are neautered, just a few toms by the relax pool that need catching and of course , the younger cats when old enough. One improvement would be to fill the cat feeders by blocks 18,19 and 20 more often. The cats near the main part get plenty of food. The beautiful white long haired cat needs a grooming. I did mention this at check out. It was beautiful seeing the cats well looked after. Food and drink plentiful and loads of choice . Can't wait to return. Absolutely blown away. Well done to all.. A true oasis in the desert.
