One of the best resorts I have visited in the Red Sea, I stayed for 3 nights at the end of August, and from the beginning, I felt like I was at home، the staff are very polite and professional and do everything they can to fulfill your needs and make you have a quality and happy time, starting with the reception manager Mr. Mohamed, the person who takes care of all the guests with a beautiful smile and high professionalism, to the cheerful chef Ahmed in the restaurant and all the staff there. The pool is kinda small but it's nice and clean, the beach is too long and has a multi beautiful spots for snorkeling and also sandy in some other spots. There's only one towel center on the halfway between the pool and the beach. The food is delicious and you'll always find something you like and they serve cold and hot drinks in the 3 meals, btw I stayed in some other higher-reviewed and higher-priced resorts in the same area and i didn't totally like their food. I really recommend the place and it will not be my last time there.

周囲に誰もいない所で、しかも3食付き。最高でした。　暇を持て余していた昼頃や夜にエンターテイメントがあったのが良かったです。　町から離れた所なので、バスは無くタクシーのみです。　タクシー運転手と事前の交渉が必要な立地です。

German women told us how much they get harrassed at the beach, by AMIR and MOSTAFA. Horrible people! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL PLEASE! IT IS A SCAM.

The hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Mr. Muhammed, the manager, kindly upgraded our room from a regular room to a grand suite free of charge—a wonderful gift from him and the hotel. Mr. Negm at reception was very helpful and welcoming. Mr. Hamada at the reception bar was the best barista I have ever met. Mr. Gamal, who handled our room service, was very polite, tidy, and quiet. Even Mr. Muhammed from beach security was very friendly and supportive. The greatest strength of this hotel is truly its staff—I really appreciate all of them

We love this hotel, amazing views, friendly, helpful and professional staff, beautiful sea with amazing corals and fish, good food among other things seafood, fish, duck and turkey. I have a gluten free diet and all the time staff advised me, what I can eat.

When we left, we were threatened that if we didn't pay 4USD for a beer from the minibar in the room, they would kick us off the bus. We didn't use anything from the minibar, it's not about the amount, but about the way they served it. Another thing, we got a room without a terrace or balcony!!!

The staff are friendly, helpful and supportive especially the receptionist, the room service and the animation team work all the time and everywhere to entertain the guests, Egyptians and foreigners alike The location is ideal and the rooms are wide and cosy We enjoyed swimming and snorkeling with lots of colourful fish around We enjoyed playing water ball in the swimming pool, beach volleyball and ping pong The restaurant is very clean and the food is variable and delicious Suggestions: I recommend providing shampoo in the rooms I recommend providing ice cream within snacks to make milk shake I suggest providing cola and mineral water in bottles not from machine

We have been coming to the Coral Sun Beach Hotel repeatedly for several years. We would like to thank all the staff for their work. I believe this is not our last visit to this hotel.

Check in was easy and without fuss. The room I booked was Premium Seaview and that was what I got. What a view! The room was modern and comfortable, a nice basket of fruit was a nice touch. As I arrived late, a cold meat and cheese platter was made for me. The food were really good, tasty and small variation each day. I had no problem with getting drinks and that's before I started giving small tips. I don't tip staff for bad service until a tip is given. The hotel was not full, getting a sunlounger at the front of a well maintained sandy beach was no problem. Many clients were slightly elderly so preferred to be by the pool. This is a smallish hotel, so don't expect pool slides and form parties, thank goodness! Majority of the beach is roped off to stop guests damaging the corals. They are happy for guests to walk along the beach beside the sea, but not to enter. There are designated entrances but still some guests don't think this rule applies to them. This hotel is for guests to relax, unwind, and enjoy peace and relatively quiet during the day. There were some external sports for energetic clients, like volleyball, boules, darts, pools and table tennis. Entertainment in the evenings with good shows for about an hour. I look forward to returning, soon.

Simply amazing place to stay in, I came here for two consecutive years, flying from the US. The place is quiet, very clean rooms, great food and most importantly extremely friendly and helpful staff. I have to mention Mr. Alaa at the reception and Mr Shady as well as Mr.Mohamed the head of house keeping. They took care of our need from the time we arrived till we left, they made our stay very pleasant. They helped us get the rooms we need for a big family , accommodating our elderly members. The house keeping staff was very professional and honest. I left my backpack in the room and handled the room key, they came to me with the bag untouched and gave it to me before my departure. It would be a disaster if I left without it. Mr.Ali the life guard on the beach was a very friendly guy, helping our kids while snorkeling and taking care of them. This place is like a small family , you don’t feel a guest , you feel as part of their family . I highly recommend this place.

We spent a few relaxing days at Coral Sun Beach and overall, it was a good experience. The food was generally fine, though we did have some very dry fish and chicken skewers one evening — but other than that, it was okay. The beach staff were fantastic, especially Alaa, who was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant waiters were also great, very polite and attentive. One small downside was that, even though we had all-inclusive, we had to pay for our coffee early in the morning when leaving for a trip. Not a huge deal, but it didn’t leave the best impression. The room cleaning was excellent, and the towel art they made for us was a fun, thoughtful touch. The beach and coral reefs are beautiful — perfect for snorkeling. All in all, a nice stay and a place I’d recommend if you’re not expecting luxury-level perfection.
