因318大雪，改道317回成都，來到了這個西藏第一面五星紅旗升起的地方昌都市。這家酒店應該是昌都最好的酒店了，服務人員服務意識很強，送餐還有機器人服務，第一間房間門鎖壞了也立刻安排了同樓層房間替換。就是酒店的早餐一般般，有地下停車場，衹是對於改裝了的越野車高度不是很友好，停車場比較黑。

真的衹是位置好，出門是廣場，後面步行可達強巴林寺。大廳，餐廳，電梯都是隨處吸煙的人，禁煙標識真的是貼了個寂寞。最尷尬的就是樓層服務員，不到十點出房門用餐，問你是不是退房了，用餐回來一開門又來問是不是可以退房打掃了，真的是急着趕你走的樣子。走進房間，確實和前面住過的人評論一樣，進房就好比進超市，收費項目一大堆。最奇葩的就是成人用品是個三層架子，不考慮家庭出行帶未成年小朋友的家庭嗎？前台、餐廳、保安小哥還是很到位的👍

房間裝修很新潮，乾淨，我們訂的是温馨小標間，户型確實很小，衞生間高出一平台上，設計意念十足，適合年輕人入住。這個價格房間能大點就很不錯了。唯一遺憾的是晚上停了自來水，洗澡的熱水還是有的，房間沒配礦泉水，出去服務枱接了一下他們飲水機的水，飲水機的水也不多了。還有，暑假氣温還是高的，雖説晚上涼一點，沒空調是硬傷。

酒店地理位置非常好，周邊吃喝玩的非常方便酒店老闆，老闆娘非常熱心，還幫你提行李！房間乾淨衞生，床很大，電熱毯弄得很舒服！性價比非常高的小酒店！一個人住的非常舒服！關鍵是價格還特別實惠！真的特別棒哦！下次是來昌都還會入住這一家！

賓館離汽車站非常近，從香格里拉到昌都的長途汽車到凌晨一點才到，提前聯繫了賓館一直留着房等我入住，賓館條件雖一般，但簡單洗漱一下馬上就睡了，空調雖然效果不太好但有一點制熱+電熱毯一晚上睡得很好，也不吵。

晚上到的酒店，酒店前台衞生不太好，有點臭臭的味道。酒店外觀有點陳舊，房間裏面的設施重新翻新過，衞生乾淨整潔。酒店的早餐不錯，主要有稀飯、豆漿、饅頭、雞蛋和油條，小菜也不錯。

酒店處於寫字樓之中，共有兩層。但非常好找導航到酒店標識明顯。停車場在地下，如停車場入口沒人可打酒店前台電話，電話在停車場入口處。酒店—層右邊有2家小歺館，左邊有家小超市。酒店房間還算中規中矩，衞生間比較大。

超級棒！剛進入房間就被震驚到了，超大的房間，超大的落地窗，裏面竟然還有麻將機🤣，忍不住就搓幾把，非常nice～。房間裏的設施一應俱全，樓下就餐出行都很方便，總而言之就是非常nice～！

旺姆民宿就在強巴林寺旁邊，停車方便，就在民宿的地下停車場，一走進民宿，藏式的裝修風格讓你眼睛一亮，房間非常好，寬敞明亮（見圖），老闆熱情周到，很滿意的一次住宿體驗。

西藏行返程中丁青出發在昌都停留一晚入住該客棧。客棧位於入城邊邊上。優點熱水給力樓下吃飯的地方很多。我們的晚餐是對面蹄花湯家吃的，早餐就在樓下米粉世家吃的，味道都不錯。帶衞生間的房間很小；都不帶衞生間的稍微大點。其他設施一般般。希望住好點的慎重下單。不講究的可以選擇，晚上7點後客棧樓下可以停車到第二天早上9：00（其他時間客棧幫忙找地方停車）客棧就在強巴林寺下面。從客棧背面小路爬個小坡，過條馬路就到強巴林寺，走路估計不到4分鐘。下來是下坡更快。

總體還是非常滿意的。酒店能免費停車，但是離酒店有點遠，要上一個大坡。最好的是還有洗衣房和晾衣房。江景房真的正對着江，風景很好。服務態度都很好很熱情。房間的空調暖風簡直太讚了，幾乎剛打開空調幾分鐘房間就暖和了，酒店還準備的電熱毯根本都用不到。

從317過來，準備第二天轉318，72拐管制，必須早上9點進邦達，於是住的這裏，比昌都少了30分鐘車程。早上5點半出發，天還沒亮，8點到邦達。酒店位於一個廠區，停車場挺大，適合自駕。設施湊合住吧，門鎖都是壞的，還是用的鎖鎖的房門。
