ホテル自体のサービスはとても良かったです。
しかし、ホテルのドライバーが酷かったので評価下げてます。ここのドライバーを利用し20ドルを支払い、カイロ市内観光に行きました。
そのドライバーさんがレストランにだけについて来て、大量に注文され、560EGPの食事代を払いました。食べきれない分は彼がテイクアウト。その上、しっかりチップも払います。
個人で観光したらよかったなと、後悔してます。

A hotel with clean and thematically furnished rooms, designed for the well-being of all visitors. Spacious terrace with exceptional views of the Pyramids of Giza. A really friendly and helpful host couple (Dr. Mohamed and Brigita) organized guided tours of amazing museums and pyramids, a cruise on the Nile and an unforgettable two-day trip to the mysterious desert. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the mysteries of the pyramids and the beauty of eternal Egypt. Thanks to our hosts and the rest of the hotel staff! Aleš & Vesna

cheap, clean and tidy. I was surprised at their wifi, as it gave me a good stable connection to work and keep in touch with my family. The view was good, and location wasn't that far from the airport. Especially when I could reserve a car from hotel.

Les photos sont TROMPEUSES ! Nous devions y passer deux nuits mais finalement nous y sommes restés qu'une seule nuit qui était horrible et interminable !!!!!! Entrée sans personnelles (porte de garage), on nous a mis dans un monte-charge et non un ascenseur. Aucune vue sur les pyramides mais une grande antenne relaie. Une chambre très sale avec des cafards (tâches suspectes). Petit déjeuné infecte : ils sont allés acheter les ingrédients quand nous nous sommes mis a table (la vaisselle était toute poussiéreuse) Nous avions qu'une hâte : PARTIR DE CE CAUCHEMARD !! SURTOUT NE VOUS FIEZ PAS AUX PHOTOS CE SONT DES PHOTOS MONTAGE !! (voir nos vraies photos)

What an amazing experience this hotel was. We were welcomed like family returning home. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a view of the pyramids and the room was clean and comfortable. Dr mohammed arranged a private tour for us with an exceptional guide called lamia. She showed us round all day and was lovely. We felt really special here and will definitely return to see more of cairo.

Really nice hotel , great view of the pyramids. Also done a great tour of them and then they have a rally good menu with great options. Really good people there and great service. Nice air conditioned rooms lovely showers and comfortable beds. 10/10

My new wife and I booked to stay at Desert Moon months ago for our honeymoon. It was advertised to us as a great location for quiet as it is away from the city but soon realised it was safer to be in downtown Cairo where transport & services are easily accessible. Just before arriving we noticed the reviews on Google had deteriorated since we initially booked. As we got there, the scenery got progressively worse (pyramids however still in view). The location made us both feel unsafe. Following this there was nobody to welcome us upon arrival. Luckily we had a helpful driver with us who assisted us find someone to let us in but even so with a questionable elevator. We were eventually shown our room and sadly it had a horrible stench and cleanliness was below acceptable so we checked straight out. It’s a shame as the 2 young guys who worked at the hotel were lovely and trying their best to be accommodating.

The hotel was excellent the Stuff was fantastic, always look clean, the view it’s perfect on nite. The bar services good too. Me encanto el servicio, hotel muy limpió, el personal excelente muy atentos y respetuosos. Buena vista de las pirámides
