It is a small boutique resort with only 6-7 chalets each with a tranquil backyard overlooking the lagoon. Here you feel you are in your own place. The landscape team has done a good job planting species of native plants. It is also heartening to note the herb and vegetable garden, which we are told help supplement some meals. On the to do list are a dip in the pool, an early morning walk along the border of the lagoon observing the faint ripples in the water and the sea birds in the air or a visit to the yoga center in the adjoining property The support team at the property was there to provide snacks and drinks. For them additional requests were never too much trouble. It's tranquil setting, the friendly manager ever ready to answer all our Yes or No questions and the service of his support team made our stay memorable.

Amazing resort and staff - luxurious! Food was amazing - great in-house chef who catered for all my requests. Management team along with all the staff served with great attention to detail. Interior was 5-star! From the pillows, bed and toiletries. Couldn’t ask for more especially for a kitesurfing trip!

Были компанией в сентябре 2023. Очень удобно, что через забор кайт станция. Абсолютно новый отель, вся мебель и номера свежие и чистые. Уровень сервиса на 5 звезд. Отличный вежливый персонал. Брали номера с завтраками, но по факту и ужинали в отеле. Очень вкусная еда и отличный сервис. Отдельное спасибо персоналу и главному менеджеру за неповторимый отдых и организацию.

The Koddu Kalpitiya Hotel Beach Boutique Hotel is a haven for those seeking a rejuvenating escape by the sea. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's private beach area. With soft sands and crystal-clear waters, it provided the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding. Whether lounging under a palm tree with a good book or taking a leisurely stroll along the shore, I found myself completely immersed in the tranquility of the surroundings. The Food at Koddu Kalpitiya is fantastic and menu featuring fresh seafood and locally sourced ingredients. we are especially grateful to Mr. Kithsiri, Chef Mahinda and entire staff. They are exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service.

Amazing! Best hotel in Kalpirtuya. Service and food are amazing. Its very clean and brand new. They inaugurated in 2023. The room is spacious, its really good for kiting because the neighbor is a duotone kite school which takes you for daily boatrides to kite.

It was great stay at Koddu Kalpitiya . Very clean , Great view, great food , Swimmingpool . Kids enjoy the swimming pool very much . best place to relax . Specially Mr. Kithsiri and the staff are amazing , they looked after us very well. We will definitely come back again
