Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und die Lage des Hotels ist fabelhaft. Ich kann das Hotel wärmsten empfehlen.

空港からそれなりに近いので、日本から来た家族を連れて初日に泊まりました。お部屋はとても広く、スリーベッドルームもあるので家族旅行にお勧めです。清潔です。

My experience staying there was fantastic. The unit was better than I thought. The amenities were more than adequate.. my only complaint is that I could not stay there longer. 😁

Overall, everything was great, except that we kept hearing knocking sounds around 2 a.m. If it’s due to poor soundproofing, it’s understandable; but if the soundproofing is good, then it’s a bit creepy. 整体都很好，只是半夜两点多一直听到敲门声。如果是隔音不好，还能理解；如果隔音很好，那就有点诡异了。

Good as described in the advertisement. The breakfasts provided is up to standard. However, it will be prefect if got more shops open in the Shaftbury Putrajaya

Very spacious room , very clean and complete unit with washing machine, rice cooker etc. The best part is the location of thid hotel was very strategic as I had a 5 day programme in nearby area also in addition, it is easy access to the shopping mall just downstairs and various choice of food available. However, it took sometime for the reception answering my call on some enquiries, which I think it needs to be improved. TQ

The room was spacious and comfortable for the family. However the toilet in the twin room smells so bad that the whole room affected with the smell. Please do something about it.
