At first we were assigned a room that had an issue with the AC but once the problem was reported to the reception we were promptly given another room. The way to reach the hotel from the closest metro station is well signalled by street signs.

訂這家酒店主要是看在它比較新，是近幾年裝修過的。距離地鐵還是要走10分鐘的。主要是路上要上上下下的，拖着行李不方便。位於1號線沿線比較確實比較多的景點都不需要轉線。這酒店最不滿意就是連住3天，衹有第一天提供瓶裝水，其他兩天要的話就得付費，不然就得自己去1樓飲水機接水。還有，他們從來衹鋪床，不換毛巾，要天天找前台要。沒有沐浴露洗髮水，沒有牙膏牙刷。性價比不高。

hotel room is nice, but there is no toothbrush, shampoo and bodywash provided, only soap. Room cleaning service was so so only, towels were not tidy up in the wash room. Top level restaurant's view is nice.

Le Mama Shelter La Défense est un très bel hôtel, très propre, avec un personnel souriant et avenant. La chambre était à la hauteur de sa description et le bar restaurant au dernier étage avec espace ouvert propose une superbe ambiance pour passer une excellente soirée. Nous recommandons fortement et merci au staff.
