Inn Seventh Heaven

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Pushkar. Gorgeous interior, huge bright rooms and lovely decoration throughout the building. We did the walking tour which we loved, and had a couple of nights great sleep. We didn’t end up eating in the restaurant upstairs but had a great coffee there. Would definitely recommend!

This is the best place we stayed in India - such a beautiful place to stay with a rooftop restaurant with amazing views and delicious food. The rooms are incredible and decorated with stunning furnishings. Staff at Inn Seventh Heaven were really friendly, kind and accommodating, and helped us to organise an amazing walking tour and transport to Ajmer. Definitely stay here!

Staff was professional and kind except for management. At checkout they attempted to act as if they don't honor ******* and it's terms. I booked for 27 nights with $10 charge per day for breakfast, I had messaged the property through ******* and asked if I could use the daily breakfast expense towards lunch or dinner as my schedule varied each day. I was told YES. At checkout they 'played dumb' said breakfast was only $3. I showed them my messages received through *******. One of the managers I dealt with acted as if he had no idea about the arrangement. I showed him the message I had received and he replied, "that message wasn't sent to you BY US". I told him that the owner of the inn has a contract with ******* and he should know the terms. He continues to argue with me! Suddenly, I had to defend myself and I did have to raise my voice. He kept making phone calls. I told him I did not owe the 9,000 rupees. If anything the Inn owed me money! 27 nights x $10 = $270 = 23,000 rupees. He did not want to accept the fact I had proof and a message stating how the daily breakfast charge would be applied to daily food costs. It's as if he wanted me to give up and just pay the amount. He had no daily itemized bills. Just a flat cost of 9,000 rupees. The entire staff shows up and I have about 7 men around me! I am a female solo traveler. My friend from India shows up and has words with the manager. Suddenly he says " YOU OWE NOTHING". Thanks to Kailash, very kind ***

Superbe hôtel dans le centre de Pushkar. Localisation idéale, vous êtes à 2 min des ghats et du marché. Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses et très bien décorées. Une oasis de calme dans les rues tumultueuses d Inde. L hotel est un haveli, les chambres donnent sur une ciye intérieure végétalisee et très apaisante. Ne soyez pas effrayé par les chambres sans fenêtre sur l extérieur. Elles bénéficient d un calme très apprécié lors de votre séjour en Inde. Elles sont également plus fraîches que celles situées en étage. Le restaurant est également très agréable. Vous pouvez manger à toute heure des plats de qualité. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Seventh heaven is a beautiful stylish inn - from the moment you walk into the central courtyard with it's marble fountain (and resident cat!. The rooms are a very good size, beds very comfortable and the staff do everything to help and accomModate. Really appreciated the pace to sit outside our rooms and just chill.
