Over all experience was superb, great location well maintained room and decorated. Food was also delicious. I always stay their when i visit motihari. Staff are politely. Nice stay best service.

The room they gave me was somewhat different from the visuals they provide. Many of the services were not available. was showing that they will provide a geyser but it was not there, it was the same for the intercom, drinking water and wifi. was showing a western toilet but it was indian. And the most disgusting thing was that they are proving an empty paint bucket for bath in the place of simple bucket.

room service was not. intercom never worked. you have been given AC remote which dose not work. so you are left with two option on or off. you have been given 1 pair of battery for 3 three remote ( TV , setup box and AC) so keep changing the battery . Now for Bed, bed was bed mattress was comfortable but there lots of dust in the rack ( as if it was not operational for ages) . While booking Sofa, garden facing was promised there was nothing. you will be given one broken chair. they told over 150 sq feet room but it was quite small. for hand-wash basin was in main room and almost 4feet away from bed. Floor was not clean. they have given a broken sleepers. operational fan and geyser. bathroom was OK. I have to clean myself as it was not clean and room service person will not do.
