What went well:
1. The resort location was good.
2. The looks of the property were good.
3. The abience of Banjara Hut room was good.
What was bad:
1. Meals had to be 1.5 hours before you plan to eat. But no one told us about it unless we faced it. Instant food availability was terrible.
2. You can order items at room. But lunch and dinner are not served at room. So, ridiculous.
3. The behavior and support of the staff were too casual as if they don't care about satisfaction and comfort of the guests.
4. The restaurant staff are even reluctant to serve the guests. When asked for spoon, salt they just said go there and take it yourself.
5. Had to wait for long time after check-in for the staff to carry luggage and show the way to the room. And the managers at reception just said you can go there yourself.
6. The etiquette of the staff need lots of training.
7. Show is good only, but maintenance very very improper. Curtains torn and not replaced since how long. Big honeybee nests adjacent to room door, spider webs outside the room door. The floor of the room peeled off. And staff reaction were as if this was pointed to them for the first time.
8. Food quality below average.
In short even if the looks of the resort are good, but the attitude of the staff and tendency to not support guests make it very unholy and uncomfortable for guests. The price not worth it. Nobody even informed there is going to be a bonfare and cultural program. Would not have known unless self explored.
