A full scam ......humne baat karke hotel book kiye then payment lene ke baad unhone receipt send nahi ki aur block bhi kr Diya......should never visit this scam place ...we have chats and screenshots of everything......we are definitely going to file a case against this scam

This hotel has one of the best locations in Puri for sea lovers - it's situated just next to the Lighthouse, which is not too crowded like the Swargadwar area so one can enjoy the sea properly. However, the entire hotel needs urgent maintenance - bathroom fixtures and fittings were not working properly and were dirty. The food served at the restaurant, which is in the basement, is mostly horrible. South Indian dishes are atrocious.

Fantastic location and service is good, staffs are polite most of all i celebrated new year party in this hotel alonwith my family it was small awesome great arrangement, good dance and most of all no outsiders good crowd

I stayed with the Hotel for two days with family. Really enjoyed my stay in the Hotel with a beautiful view of the sea Beach from the Room itself. Staffs are well-behaved & courteous, food was homely & very testy. Though there was some repair maintenance work in the other part of the Hotel, there was no such problem at all during our stay.

So I am very conflicted here. While the hotel condition was pathetic with rats and mold, the fact is that they did advertise that they were in the midst of renovation, which my booking agent missed. However, the views, location, and food were beyond belief in this small town. Barring the atrocious hotel condition, I enjoyed my short stay here. Beach is across the road, and the shore is 300m away.

Absolute Fraud Hotel. Even the manager sitting there is a part of the hotel scam they are running. Do not go to the website, or any other booking platform to book this hotel. The hotel is absolutely a sham. One part of the hotel is not even there. If you say you have booked from website. The manager will say there is a new website which is yet to be released. If you say you have booked from MMT or any other app. They will say it is not operational at this point of time, MMT was not updated. Basically, there is hotel under this name. BEWARE!

I had visited with 7 family members from Mumbai. On reaching the hotel we got to see that the entire hotel is undergoing renovation. There were filth all across, absolutely dirty. The room given to us ( 4 rooms) were stinky, knobs broken, bathrooms with stains , glasses with stains, awaiting repairs. We asked for an upgrade to some better rooms but was denied. We were never informed while booking that the hotel is under repairs. The hotel also charged us a bomb. We were to stay here for 3 days atleast but after 1 night stay we changed the hotel. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

The location of the Hotel is really good. The behaviour in the reception initially wasn't that good but later on they managed to be a lot more better. Service is okay but definitely one has to be a lot more careful with belongings as per my experience. They can always make it better. Overall it was an okayish experience

First of all though the rooms are sea facing but as the hotel is under construction, so some parts of the hotel are a bit messed up. Anyway, this didn't affect our stay. The staff's behaviour is very good and cooperative, food is good and the place is at ten minutes walking distance from main Sargadwar market. The beach is just opposite to the hotel and a bit less congested than Sargadwar beach.
