the room was not clean when I arrived at their lodge I have bad experience in this hotel and bedsheets pillow and blanket was not cleaned
the bathroom was too dirty and I had bad smell
tv wifi ac was not working
my mobile network also down
and they took extra charges from me.....

It was a pleasure staying at SEA DREAM which is on the exact location of Swargadwar. Staff behaviour was very friendly and cooperative.

The room was very bad. The lighting was also bad. The twilight was making a picture. The bathroom was very dirty.

This lodge is situated in front of burning ghat and all dead body burning air enter in this lodge. You can't breath fresh air. I suggest every one to not book this hotel.

Property is located in front of Swargdwar. Not maintained and I didn't get the rooms as I booked. We had to adjust anyhow which was not acceptable.No one is there to hear your problem.I booked 3 rooms for 6+4+4 but I get only 4+4+2. Terrible experience.

Hotel management is very poor, they provided me a smoky room as I travelled with my one year baby we can't stay in that room. when I requested to change the room they refused and replied to me there is no room available but they offered it to others.

It was near samsan ghatt and smell was very bad of the and outside...If you are visiting there then make sure that you wont book this hotel

Very Dirty Room and Bedsheet. No help from the staff even after sharing the problem of cleanliness. Mouse potty is everywhere in room and bed also.
