When booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool

The hotel room decoration is below average. A 10k room is expected to have better furniture and setup the sofa had a dirty cover.. Linen quality is not upto mark specially towels are not soft
The soap and shampoo containers were dirty
The shampoo resulted in very dry and tangled hair
Hair dryer was good
Hot water geyser was good
Staff is not allowed trained specially in the dining

The hotel is extremely overpriced. The hotel is decent . Location is good . Service is good and food is also good. But still a room for 8k.. it's extremely overpriced.

The overall value for money is poor. Couple of examples. I booked a delux room with. Cons:the room is very congested. Hardly any space to move. Freeze was not working. Tv channels were not working. Breakfast quality is not upto the mark. Price of food within the hotel is very high. For e. G a chapati cost rs 25. An average boiled rice rs 180 per plate. It's not even basmati rice. Pros:service was very fast.

The stay was good only, the room had no view, which made it just good not amazing!! we were asked to pay for pool usage which wasn't mentioned before using it!! breakfast was also good! the lady at the reception had 0 smiles on face everytime we went to the lobby, being an ex hotelier especially ex duty manager I found it really rude of her! seems she is being forced to sit there...
